We had an ok stay and it worked well for us a family with a dog. Overall the place is a little run down and needs some attention and love. But overall, our stay was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good value for money, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, great for our dog, too. Not for people who want five star super modern luxury - but full of character and charm!

We loved our stay in this hotel as it has a lot of character, safe space for our bicycles and nature surrounding which is not made up from a marketing designer. If you are up for a fancy hotel or a person who likes to stay in one of the chains you might not want it. if you like to be in a hotel which has got a big room, a personal conversation, a lovely breakfast without 25 different types of bread and 12 different branded mueslis but just a good European breakfast and a good sleep on a comfortable bed this is the place to go. Nothing for high heels and show off.

Very friendly family oriented stuff. They made us all feel very at home including our small dog! Lovely breakfast, even helped us with our laundry! Very relaxing stay! Close to the local town and walking trails out the back. A Very relaxing getaway

Really nice place with a very friendly owner, Only five minutes by Bicycle from town with lots of nice places to eat at night. Great Breakfast too. !!

Very nice staff, great location to explore this beautiful bit of Holland. Hotel itself overall okay but if refurbished could be much better. 10min walk to nearest cycle rental. 10min cycle to the beach. We had a lovely holiday here would go back and stay longer location is great. 15min walk to horse riding location.

Great, lovely old building, easy to find, 10 minutes walk into the village for dinner. The owner was lovely and welcoming and breakfast was fantastic

Cozy hotel, basic but good in many ways. Friendly, helpful staff that made us feel at home immediately. Little outside of town, which was due to a road construction even further out of town. Still a great location for (bicycling) trips throughout the area.

Its a beautiful and convenient location, but the rooms and property need some TLC.

The room was in a wooden chalet/hut surrounded by grounds. Bikes could be kept outside the room. There are 4 per hut. As they are just made of wood the rooms are not very soundproof. Hotel very convenient for beach. Only 10 min cycling away. Hotel does not offer meals every night, but there are great eating places on the beach or nearby village.

We had a lovely stay - the grounds are lovely and we enjoyed all the wildlife - a heron and a couple of cormorants by the carp filled lake was a treat! Food was good and the family run hotel staff were all so warm and welcoming. Oostkapelle and Domburg are both within easy reach.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und stets zuvorkommend behandelt. Zusammen mit der tollen Atmosphäre der schönen alten Villa (wir hatten eins der Altbau-Zimmer in der Villa) haben wir uns selbst bei regnerischem Wetter dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Het hotel is heel schoon maar gedateerd. Het tapijt op de trap is versleten. De kamer heeft weinig, slechte en gedateerde verlichting. De badkamer is ook erg gedateerd.

Prachtige omgeving, vriendelijk personeel

2 nachtjes verbleven, prachtige rustige plek, kamer is wat klein maar netjes en schoon, heerlijke douche, bedden zijn wat hard, vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt met veel keuze, locatie is super, al met al een aanrader.

Personeel heel vriendelijk. Hotel is aan vernieuwing toe. Mooi park rondom.
