It was a Great experience been at This hotel. Clean room and cozy bed sheets. Is near to different shops, restaurants and different amenities. Great location!

Beds were very comfy. Close to everything. Clean. But be warned. It’s crazy noisy! And no air ventilation. Bring a fan with you

Muy buen hotel! Estuve con mi hija y nos sentimos muy bien atendidas y seguras. El desayuno muy rico también.

The hotel was very nice overall. The location was great, close to everything. The only thing that could be improved is allowing guests to check in a bit earlier than 3pm if possible. The hotel was virtually empty and we were told that we had to check in at 3pm, zero flexibility.

LA HABITACION ESTA UBICADA EN LA PARTE SUPERIOR DE ALGUN ALMACEN DONDE DESCARGAN MERCANCIA EN LAS MAÑANAS Y EL RUIDO ES TERRIBLE. POR OTRA PARTE LAS PUERTAS AL SER CERRADAS SUENAN MUY FUERTE Y ADEMAS ALGUNOS HUESPEDES LAS AZOTAN, NO HAY INTERCUMUNICADOR CON LA RECEPCION Y SI NECESITAS ALGO SE DEBE IR A LA RECEPCION. EN GENERAL MUCHO RUIDO EN LAS HABITACIONES QUE DAN HACIA LA CALLE, NO SE PUEDE DORMIR.

Un hotel muy tranquilo, con buen desayuno y una vista linda a la montaña.

Al llegar y ver toda la fiesta que rodea el hotel pence que no dormiría pero el piso 12 es callado y una vista increíble que me enamore por primera vez amé Medellín por la noche y al amanecer es una vista increíble y un silencio total lo recomiendo 100 veces es el mejor en todo

Fue terrible, en la noche no se puede dormir ya que se escucha mucho ruido. Adicional se duerme muy intranquilo ya que al ingreso nos explican la cantidad de cobros que nos podrian realizar solo por entrar al perrito y aparte de todo nos cobraron 30.000 pesos por el ingreso de mascotas, cuando eso nunca no lo habian indicado y no esta en la pagina. De verdad que fue la peor experiencia en un Hotel.
