Our flight was delared. We texted the hotel through Expedia in advance.We arrived late, and could not access the property. The front gates were locked, and there was a fence around the back. They did not answer their phone. We stayed in hotel accross the street

Great stay with host Brice being exceptionally helpful

The hotel recently changed the name from Brit Hotel to Best Hotel. This was worrying when we could not find Brit Hotel.

Perfect hotel on the way, plenty of restaurants around, breakfast was more than good, the bed and room are good. Very good price quality ratio!

Convenient place for a stopover, close to the autoroute. Fairly simple, but comfortable enough for one night. Breakfast is fine with reasonable choice.

This is a no-frills but clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They compensated for my poor French with a little English too. The hotel is close to a motorway and other major roads so is well placed for an overnight stop on a longer journey. I was not disturbed by any traffic noise. It is in an area with many other hotels and is in a fenced area with the car park gate locked overnight. I felt sure that my car and trailer were secure. The food at dinner from the self-service buffet was simple but very good and inexpensive. Breakfast was similar. I'll stay again the next time I travel from Calais to the south-west.

Messaged the hotel to advise we would not arrive until half past midnight as our ferry was running late. No response from the hotel. Wouldn't answer the phone. Didn't send a gate code so we could gain entrance. Ended up having to stay at the Ibis round the corner at an additional cost of €90.50. Best hotel... That's a laugh. Won't be booking with them again.

Good stopover on way south, unfortunately I didn’t receive my room and code by message as arrived late, I had to call and unfortunately I don’t speak French, however the member of staff was very helpful. It was a bit off putting for future reservations due to language barrier.

Best description of this hotel is average, cant knock it, but cant praise it.

A pleasant no frills hotel and good value for money with a friendly atmosphere and staff. Although the rooms are quite small they are comfortable and very clean. The restaurant provides a fairly basic plat du jour menu but with an excellent selection of entrees and desserts, the breakfasts too have a good selection of continental breakfast options. The hotel is well located just off the A13 towards Paris, but is near a busy roundabout. We had a room at the front but the noise didn't bother us too much. There is also a nice little terrace where you can sit and have a quiet drink whilst you watch the rabbits foraging in the grounds. The clientele seemed to be mostly business men and couples so not a place to go with children.

This was an excellent place to stay for a one night stop especially when traveling long distances. Very comfortable bed and plenty of places to get a meal....fast food or more relaxed!

Good position, easy late access but had no idea how to check out early, we had already paid at point of booking so that was good. There was a member of staff at the desk at 06.50 but she wouldn’t acknowledge me, even though I knocked on the door. I had no idea what to do with the key so left it in the room.

Quick check in. Good sized clean room. TV with a good range of channels. Local area has a good range of places to eat encompassing a variety of styles. Secure parking. Easy to find with fast access to and from main motorway network. Breakfast food options should suit most preferences.

This was my second stay here, my wife's first. Friendly staff. Since I was told 'I like it here', both the room and breakfast met with approval, the hotel will now be my/our regular staging post on visits between the UK and south west France. It has quick easy access to and from the motorway network, yet it's quiet. A late arrival on one night meant we received a text with entry codes for the secure car park and hotel entrance with our room number advised prior to our arrival, so a stress free late arrival was ensured! Simple to do, but not every hotel has it this well sorted.

Solid , just what was required for en route overnight stopover, a good 3 star hotel with restaurant and bar. Very friendly.
