Everything was good. Except that for larger suitcases (including those that can fit in an overhead compartment in an airplane) could not fit in the lockers, and were stored on level one in an unmanned cupboard and open access to anyone.

Great location right on Akarenga Stree outside Shimbashi station. Friendly and patient staff who are very accommodating of tourists.

The facilities were great and the staff were very kind! Great for non-Japanese speaking people too!

Complete lack of security where the bags are to be left. Walk in off the street and the bag storage area is there.

It was very hot in those capsules when I stayed a night. It was very nice but not worth feeling like I was in a sauna when I woke up.

The walls are thin, making it easy to be woken up by the alarms of others.

I liked the SPA very much. I wish they have 2elevators for 9 floors they have.

Its small. Luggage stays at the bottom floor so you dont have access to it easily from the capsule area. Public bath so no privacy when showering whatsoever. Its your preference; I chose not to shower there. Rembrandt in shin-okubo is much larger and much more luxurious. Stay there instead.

Very Noisy.

I had a long layover in Tokyo so I stayed 1 night at Rembrandt Cabin. It took me a bit longer to get use to how everything works, but overall it was a good experience. If you are traveling solo I would highly recommend!

Clean quite and good service

Staff were polite, friendly and professional despite my lack of Japanese language. The hotel was very clean, facilities great, great price. Perfect for solo travellers looking for a great base to explore Tokyo, with advantages of an onsite spa

Staff was extremely friendly. They forgot to place the sheets on the bed one night. Carpets could use some vacuuming
