It was an amazing stay there..very lovely and so nice staff..would love to come.back there

Staff were excellent, cleaned the room well and were always nice. There is a lot of work that needs to be done with the property itself ie New Doors. The towels could do with replacing. The breakfast area isn't the best, but they could set outside as it's not been raining.Coffee wasn't the best. The breakfast could do with a few options being added.

Clean and basic if a little tired. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Wifi a little unreliable but again staff responsive to get us back on line. Around 20 minutes walk into the town. Taxi back recommended after dark (around $5). Not because of crime, but possibility of wild animals!

Not all the photos displayed on Hotels.com site are of the actual hotel rooms. Whilst my stay at the hotel was pleasant there is an underlying sense of dishonesty lurking. I had made a further refundable booking before my first arrival that I needed to amend some three weeks before my first stay. The refund had not been credited to my card and duly enquired about the status during my stay, only to be told it was being done. It took another four weeks and the help of Hotel.com to get nowhere on the refund - so I did a credit card charge back as the only way to be recredited. They thought that being far away in England they could keep the money. Dishonest fools. On my return to Vic Falls last week I found a nicer and more central hotel. The little outlook is some 20 minutes walk into the main area and can only be done in daylight as wild animals venture into the area after dark. The hotel doesn’t have a good reputation locally with taxi drivers and tour operators either. So best to avoid - once bitten, twice shy!

There is only 7 rooms and they are very quaint and romantic with thatched roofs. Rooms are big with comfortable bed. Clean and tidy and serviced daily. Breakfast is included but takes an hour for an omelette so allow plenty of time. Pool is nice. Close to town but probably not walkable due to roaming animals. Taxi was only $5USD into town. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend especially for couples.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff was very welcoming. Helpful. and service oriented. I had a good stay at this hotel.

The Little Outlook is a cross between a hotel and thatched roofed bungalows. Ours was clean, with everything we needed, including teapots and clean dishes every day. Rooms have micro split air conditioning and ceiling fans, which were effective. And when power went out, we flipped the switch to solar and continued to have power for a few hours before power was restored (thunderstorms). The new Outlook Hotel is being built next door, so don’t be confused.

A lovely, welcoming small hotel. Just 6 rooms, all on ground floor, decent swimming pool and very friendly and helpful staff, thanks especially Tildah and Byron. Good breakfasts and main meals and all very reasonably priced. Trip to town and to the Falls walkable with care. Real African hospitality!

Excellent staff and great breakfasts. Compliments to the chef. Beds very comfortable. Aircon and fans if needed. Only 6 rooms so very peaceful. Good pool and nice gardens. Very happy with our stay. Driver's on call to take you where you want to go.

This quaint prpoert is down the road from Victoria Falls. The staff is da best. K is such anice young lady who literally goes out of her way to make your stay petfect. Loved the place

Breakfast is okay, we missed filter coffee and space to hang clothing in your room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is good for what you get.

This is a small 7 unit property with a very unique product offering. Byron in guest services, Pie'Oh the Chef and Florence the housekeeper were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay relaxing & comfortable. Our breakfast was excellent and the property location is within walking distance of the town of Victoria Falls.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Very clean

Staff was amazing. Chef was a fabulous cook and would make whatever you wanted. Was a small lodge which made it very quiet and relaxing. Wonderful!
