優點是寬敞安靜，有古宅風格，服務人員回應有效率及親切，附近有多家大超市。缺點是距離二条站走路12分鐘，雨天或拉行李不方便，建議計程車480日圓就到二条站。令人介意的是房間洗烘衣機無法使用，樓下雖然有免費洗烘衣機，只有三台，有些人衣服較多，洗烘就要3小時，實在不方便，當初訂房有詢問房間是否有洗衣機，回覆有，沒說壞掉不能用，也沒什麼補償，希望可以盡快修復，或更早告知這個訊息。浴室雖然跟廁所分開，但要注意淋浴方向，以免濺濕洗手台地板，浴缸的窗戶是L大窗戶，窗簾是直條片狀，晚上如果開燈，感覺外面會看得很清楚，外面有一片空地，偶爾有人散步或聊天。

房間乾淨,也很大,整體住起來真的很舒服. 自助check in 過程也很簡便,還有提早線上check in的服務,抵達飯店後能更輕鬆的入住.整體的感受很棒.

舒適，離二條城、三條都近，方便 價格合理

房間空間很好，但是地點不太方便，出市中心都要搭車附近不太接近購物地點，住宿環境舒適。

地鐵可達，房間不算小且精緻舒適，平日價格很優惠，大家記得自帶牙刷牙膏就是了，其他沒什麼好嫌的了。

房間環境蠻大的，住起來非常舒適，提供許多家具可以自行煮飯或洗衣還蠻不錯的，洗澡提供淋浴、蓮蓬頭及浴缸可以放鬆整天的疲勞，但位置離車站有點距離，需要走一段才有超商。

Great location and beautiful property

The accommodations were wonderful. And in a lively neighborhood with a covered commercial street, where we found amazing things and good food. This is the easiest place to be in Kyoto if you want to get around. Nijo Castle, the imperial compound, is just to the north, and the Golden Pavilion is a short bus ride away.

Las habitaciones muy bien el servicio excelente las camas muy cómodas y la limpieza muy bien. También las amenidades

Chambre spacieuse moderne et bien équipée lit très confortable. Salle de bain avec baignoire de bon standing. En revanche le petit déjeuner est à éviter d’autant qu’il y a de très bon cafés autour de hébergement. C’est le seul point négatif car l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Kyoto.

The rooms are always cozy and quiet, as well as the bathrooms are AMAZING here. I love the japanese style washroom as well as the beds are comfy. Only complaint is they are a little low to the ground, but the only person who had a problem with that was my parents. Other than that this property is so beautiful and quiet and low key, my favorite place to stay thank you all in Kyoto!!

部屋がオシャレ。 バス＆トイレが別で使いやすかったです。 子供にも親切にしていただきました。 ソファの下に前の宿泊者のゴミがあったのが、少し残念でした。

Petit hôtel charmant bien placé dans kyoto. Le personnel est très gentil et aidant. Check in et Check out autonome. Possibilité de réserver le petit déjeuner la veille. Sinon espace restauration disponible avec bouilloire , machine qui distribue des boissons et thé/café à disposition. Calme et silencieux. Machines à laver le linge disponible à l’usage. Au reflet du calme et de la tranquillité de la ville. Je recommande !
