O atendimento e a localizaçao são excelentes ( 10 minutos a pé do Duomo). O apto fica em um predio ap lado do hotel Pierre que o administra. O apto é muito confortavel e o andar onde els fica é bem agradavel, mas as condiçoes do predio são muito ruins. É um predio velho mal conservado…A varanda do apto e o predio no geral são muito sujas . Da varanda a vista é um lixo acumulado creio que do condominio

Lekker leilighet med supersentral beliggenhet. Rolig strøk. Nydelig bakgård til disposisjon. Vi bestiller her neste gang også. Terningkast 10.

The apartment bathroom was fabulous. The king bed was great. The living room could have used more furniture, but we really weren’t there to watch TV. Unfortunately the neighborhood was going through massive construction. But we were able to adapt.

Staff at reception were excellent all the times we required their assistance, additionally their English was very good. Easy walking distance to the main tourist locations. The apartment itself was amazing, and can't recommend it enough.

Bis auf ein paar Probleme mit der Klimaanlage war alles super. Sehr nette Leute, gut gelegen und alles sauber. Gerne wieder.

Good place to stay only issue is air conditioning is bad (it doesn’t let you lower it past 20C and it turns off so it was hot inside)

Loved this property! Lorenzo was very personable. Great hospitality. We had an apartment that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to shopping, dining and sights. Highly recommend.

Check in is at the hotel a few doors down. Once you get inside the apartment hallway you feel like you're in a newly done hotel again. Location is great and we could walk to the places we needed to. We'd stay here again.

The area cannot be quiet as it is well in town. Walkable to the original "The Last Supper" mural. Walkable to main Milan shopping and tourist attractions. NOTE: Be very careful about getting to the location due to road work, a confused GPS and most importantly... phones not getting answered when you call the property. But once there, the service is great

Great location, with dining and shopping options nearby, and decent walking distance to main sightseeing locations. Staff is friendly, and very helpful. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and with great space. I will definitely recommend this location.

Apartment was greatly sized, super clean and modern. New metro station just outside so very convenient.

Så fin service och jättefräscha lägenheter. Att det byggs och renoveras utanför är sånt man inte kan belasta hotellet. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse.

O apartamento é novo, muito bem localizado, com um acesso para o metrô a poucos metros. Porém, embora seja um apartamento novo, já apresenta diversos problemas. Na suíte em que ficamos (Brera), o ar condicionado não permitia o controle de temperatura. Em uma hospedagem de seis dias, a temperatura do quarto esteve muito baixa nos três primeiros dias, gerando grande desconforto. O ralo do chuveiro e da pia estavam entupidos, não permitindo o escoamento adequado da água. Outra falha importante: após o check in, liberaram o quarto sem a arrumação concluída. E, quando finalizaram, deixaram até as garrafas de água do hóspede anterior na geladeira. Vale ainda registrar que não disponibilizam toalhas extras e reposição de papel higiênico, pois não há serviço de limpeza, mesmo para uma hospedagem de seis noites. Outra questão relevante é que fiz a reserva com um valor indicado de city tax que não foi observado. Foi cobrado um valor quase 70% superior, sob a alegação de que houve aumento por parte do governo e que devem ser observadas as taxas atuais. E, embora a cobrança da city tax refira-se à faixa de um hotel 4 ou 5 estrelas (pelo fato de o gerenciamento da locação dos apartamentos ser administrado pelo hotel que fica ao lado) não há prestação de qualquer tipo de serviço que justifique a cobrança.
