Our stay was okay, but there were a few drawbacks. The bed was uncomfortable, with squeaky springs—even for a petite person like me. The hallways looked unkempt, which detracted from the overall feel of the place. Breakfast was average—not bad, but nothing memorable either.

No towels, no room cleaning. I know that is the new normal but it sucks, Breakfast was nice although the waffle maker kept clogging up and the attendant was frantic trying to do breakfast and the front desk at the same time. Nice location for us and the hotel was nice and clean.

I stayed there for a week and they never did housekeeping. I asked the front desk for it on the 3rd and 4th days but they didn't do it.

New Microtel and currently it is immaculate, hope it stats that way. Water, fruit, coffee & tea available 24 hours. Complimentary breakfast was just ok.

Property was super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Had a great stay, no issue with the hotel per se except that my card was charged an extra night causing funds from my account to be held while I was on vacation and still pending.

Its just a place to stay. Nothing to do there .at the hotel . A room with a bed and bathroom. Perfect for the price.

Decent place to stay for a couple of nights. Room was clean, water was warm. Breakfast was pretty sad, neither day offered any fresh fruit. The most frustrating event is that sometimes my room key would work, other times no. So here I am up/down, up/down the steps to the front desk. After multiple failed attempts I just became escorted to my room. Happened a few different times, no one know why.

The stay was overall good but the front desk was very confused on alot of check in/out processes and firepit outside was broken.
