Quick stay and it was comfortable, clean and convenient

Great place for our short stay in Albania. Wish we had time to go into town for dinner. Hotel restaurant was adequate, but not the dining experience we had hoped for. The hotel offers lots of wellness opportunities. We took advantage of the massages by two excellent practitioners. The physio massage was just what I needed and my wife enjoyed a custom massage as well. Swimming pool area was overrun by children. Appears this is a popular weekend destination for families.

Maintained rooms overall with proper amenities provided

From the moment that you enter the hotel, it’s like you’ve stepped into another world. The reception area is beautiful and likewise are the staff that greet you at the reception. My husband & i were given complimentary juices, which were delicious, and given an extensive and helpful run through of what to expect from the hotel experience. The staff were amazingly helpful. We stayed in the comfort double room which was large and clean. It had a balcony and complimentary slippers & toiletries. The only negative was the heating, it wasn’t warm enough for us despite getting help from the staff. The shower and tap had great pressure and were hot. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room had a well-stocked mini bar which doubled as a fridge. Complimentary breakfast was provided as part of the stay which had an array of hot and cold foods. Spa use was complimentary too - available for use how many times you want throughout your stay. The facilities were excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from terminal D bus stop which gets easier to navigate to the more you do it. Traffic in Tirana is crazy so I wouldn’t recommend getting taxi unless you want to pay - as bus is way cheaper and you’ll be sitting in the same traffic. The food from the restaurant was delicious too. Unfortunately a medical emergency left my husband and I unable to do all we planned to on our itinerary, but we wish to come back to experience more of this beautiful hotel and city.

Stay was great.Room is clean, spa facilities excellent.Easy to get to the south and north bus terminal.Only thing I didnt like was there was no cover on the duvet.

The hotel is staffs are wonderful and supportive But we didn't have working TV throughout our stay. A bit disappointed

First id just like to start out by saying the staff at the hotel was very friendly. However i feel the need to mention my complaints/dissatisfaction. First, the gym A/C didnt appear to be working and several of the pieces of gym equipment were broken so were useless. Also, i find it odd that gym doesnt open until 10am even though its unmanned. For those who wish to get up and get there workout in so they can use the day to explore this doesnt allow time for that. This is the first hotel ive seen where the gym opens that late. Furthermore, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and lacked back support. I tossed and turned all night to the point where i layed down a blanket on floor as it was more comfortable than the bed. I feel this hotel has alot of items they can improve on and then they can use the name "premium" in the title. Thanks for your consideration.

Nice hotel. Loved the pool, spa, and masssge.

A pleasant stay in a modern clean hotel - its not in the city centre however so is a taxi/bus ride away, but if you're confident travelling with those then this place would be fine.

Lovely hotel

The hotel is a bit far from the city but convenient close to the airport . The hotel offers a pool and other amenities. The staff is very helpful and they will do their best to help you out.

This is the best hotel so far,that have stayed in.staffs where vedy friendly and helpful all the time. The hotel cleanliness is 5 star 🌟 will love to refurn again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities, especially the spa, sauna, and pool. A special thanks to Sane and Claudio at the reception for providing excellent service—a standout experience during my stay!

The staff was great. Location was is out of the city center, but one very affordable busy will get you there in 15 mins. So still a great location.

I don’t have the right words to describe how perfect this place is! From the very loving staff to the beauty of the hotel, it’s cleanliness, the breakfast, the beautiful rooms, the variety of spa options which are free except for the main massage, everything was just so perfect! I love love this hotel and the staff and I will surely come back soon. Albania has my heart but this hotel just made my stay the best and big kisses to all the staff at doanesia
