Lovely hotel, Great location less than 2miles from Bergerac Airport. Gentleman on reception Welcoming, Friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed (spoke perfect English also). We had two Superior Themed Rooms which were beautifully decorated. We did have an issue with one of the rooms previous guest smoking in. Gentleman on reception sorted it out straight away, offering us two other rooms to choose from and was more than apologetic and helpful. Board Game themed rooms which were really well decorated. Restaurant conveniently located right next to the Hotel, which was also beautifully decorated, food lovely and staff friendly. Will 100% stay again if we are ever back in the area.

A workman started metal grinding just outside of my room @ 9:10am The website was a bait & switch- when I paid. I was told that the hotel was temporarily closed and chose another property after I had paid. No Good For Expedia, plus it was 20 euros more than what I had selected.

The Hotel is well situated for airport and the City . Problem is lack of transport ie shortage of Taxis .Evening meal menu is limited .

Poor air con and bitten by bugs all through the night

Lovely hotel based on a games theme - great for a family of four. Liked it so much that we cancelled our last night in another location to come back to Ludik for Reveurs. Nice restaurant just opposite and hotel also has a pool. Loads of games to play (for all ages). Highly recommended.

Lovely staff and very helpful, clean room, good location

Upsides - Good Location. Not Expensive. Clean. Pleasant staff. Down sides - Poorly constructed for sound insulation so the sounds of other guests in their rooms is very intrusive. Breakfast at 9Euros is not good value - First guests consumed all of the eggs and fruit and mini pastries are no substitute for standard croissants.

Comfortable hotel situated close to Airport and Bergerac,convenient for good road network.

We were only planning on staying one night here, but we had mechanical problems with our motorcycle and ended up staying a second night. The proprietors were kind enough to let us store all of our gear in a conference room while we figured out the bike issues.

It was a pleasant night in a clean and comfortable room. The area is very quiet and close to the airport.

We arrive late and stayed only for one night, but it was nicer than we expected

Convenable pour une escale d'une nuit au cours d'un déplacement.

Draps sales, j’ai du dormir sur la couette avec un plaid, vmc sale, traces de dentifrice à côté du miroir J’ai signalé l’incident le matin, une erreur est toujours possible. Mais aucun petit mot d’excuse ou attention particulière, c’est dommage. Côté restaurant, ce n’est pas à la hauteur des intitulés de plats ( tomate cœur de bœuf qui n’en est pas), viande pas locale alors que nous sommes dans une si belle région. Un plus pour le petit déjeuner, c’est un des rares hôtels où j’avais du lait végétal !
