clean and tidy

Distance between the hotel and most sightseeing points are walkable which saved us a lot of transportation fees. Lots of good restaurants around the area, there's a supermarket right opposite the street.Hotel staff are amazing, nice and friendly and can communicate in English very well. Breakfast buffet is terrific and we had it twice during our stay. Our home is very spacious and comfy, everything is nice and clean. Overall, Citizen M Paris Opera is a perfect choice in the center of Paris !

Water dripping from ceiling ventilation in the room but no repair work nor room change during the stay. No floor cleansing and only towel was given to soak the soiled water. Very disappointing.

I love the room itself, I slept so soundly at night.

Great rooms compact but had everything that you needed, spotless. Good breakfast too.

Hotel was well situated and comfortable. Showed some signs of wear. The staff was what made it. All of them were warm, welcoming, kind and went out of their way to make guests welcome! Thank you!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en el hotel porque nos encanta la ubicación, pero en esta ocasión nos pareció que el hotel se encuentra muy descuidado, nos cambiaron de habitación en 2 ocasiones, ya que la tablet y teléfono no funcionaba, por lo demás es recomendable.

Small room but efficiently laid out. Bathroom door and the shower door didn't close correctly. Breakfast was good. The staff is professional and friendly.

We stayed 3 nights along with 3 other couples. All of us are in our 60s. This is a very modern hotel that uses technology well. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful- such a treat! The lounge and restaurant below the main floor offers a fun place to hang out. The food and drinks were also great! Our only complaint is the layout of the bed. It is surrounded by 3 walls. The person in the back has to crawl over their partner to get up. I actually took a serious fall trying to get out of bed. I am lucky that I didn’t break any bones. Overall, this is a really nice hotel- especially if you’re young, agile, and tech-savvy!

The only nice and comfortable room was the handicapped room. All the other ones were to small and you had to climb over your partner to get out of bed.

In the middle of the night there was a constant flows of water from the shower without it turned on. Manager came and as quickly as it started it stopped. Offer d to change rooms however difficult as needing to pack everything up

Close to stores and restaurants didn’t like roommates small

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal, eher junge/jungere Gäste, Zimmer klein, aber vollkommen OK, sehr sauber!!
