It’s like an Airbnb but they’re not with Airbnb. Unit is modern and clean. Only thing I didn’t like was there were too many rules posted in the unit and is very repetitive. They already had a multitude of rules laid out for when you book the place, then they will send you a message re: “mandatory unit policies”. It’s honestly annoying when you’ve already read all these then coming to your unit, you’ll see all these instructions and signs, and red colors on the wall and kitchen counter when all you want to do is rest. Also, the only stay that asks you take out your trash and throw it in a garage area that is about 30 steps away from the unit. I really wish I stayed in an Airbnb or hotel instead since the price is the same. Not to mention the 500CAD deposit they require and was sent back after 7 days. Who takes 500CAD for a deposit. Even hotels would only take CAD250 max. In all honesty, the unit was great. Modern and clean and we were able to rest. But I would not book again to skip all the hassle.

The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning.

This property was in a nice neighborhood, it was quiet and clean. Reasonable price.

Stay would have been pretty good if I could sleep 😂. The bed in the property is about the firmness of a 3 week stale loaf of bread. I would recommend a foam topper in the closet as an option for guests to put on the bed. Outside of the bed the condo is not bad. New and very clean, it is on a bottom floor set up so there is a unit above but the noise was surprisingly not noticeable from the top units. It's also close to the YMCA, theatres lots of places to go eat and get coffee if needed.

It was a nice one bedroom appartment. We did not use the kitchen so I cannot comment on it. The only nice thing would've been if there was an outlet or table lamp with a usb port in it. They did have wifi but I had to email them to get the password. The check in and out were easy. The damage deposit should be returned within 7 days of check out.

I extended my stay at this property and the owners responded quickly and handled my changes easily. Clean unit. Good area.

liked the fact that it was a complete apartment, with microwave, stove, washer & dryer with cleaning supplies. We had a small vacuum to use. Would stay again and recommend it to others.

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. As soon as you pay, they email you asking for $500 damage deposit, $500 MORE if you have a pet, and THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY. Read other reviews online. They are scam artists!!!! THEY OWE $1000 even though we read reviews ahead of time and documented every single bit of damage as soon as we walked in. Now the manager has blocked my number and refuses to pay me back! Police are getting involved and there will be a class action lawsuit filed with ALL of the other people who have been ripped off by them. READ THE ACTUAL REVIEWS ONLINE!!!

Awesome place! Lovely apartment! Great amenities!

Air conditioning doesn’t work. Had noisy fans inside the building. Parking designation is poor and property management issues ticket without any warning. I would not recommend this property in hot summer weather. Easy check in but night time communication is difficult.

Don,"t book. Zero customer service. No Ac. No response. Stayed sweating for 2 nights. Waiting for technicians but never came. Customer service stop answering my calls.

This place indicated it had a/c. It didn’t and was terrible. Cant say much else but avoid it.

good location

We were staying here as we had people had our house! It was convenient, easy checkin and checkout! Great to have a full kitchen, desk and laundry onsite. Only downside was no air conditioner so it was hot! Would recommend bringing a fan. Lawn chairs would be nice to sit out on the deck as well. The area is beautiful and a short walk to the river and only 5 minutes to shopping etc in Seton. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a full service spot that is quiet, safe and clean.
