Apartment was perfectly adequate for overnight stay. Had problems accessing the property and the host responded very well and came out to help, he was very gracious when I realised I was at the wrong apartment!! Would recommend.

Es un lugar muy limpio, muy bonito, muy seguro, y realizan el aseo todos los días. Tiene lavadora, refrigeradora y utencilios de cocina, en general es una excelente opción que sin duda volvería a ella.

Very nice apartment for your stay in Puerto Natales

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you need in the kitchen-and a washing machine! Great WiFi and great communication with owners. We stayed in two different ones, first one no problem, second one we had an issue with a smell in the bathroom and not only did they send someone to clean right away, they gave us a discount! Super convenient to walk around, really a lovely place!

One star for room being clean

While having a kitchen was nice, the place overall left something to be desired. You could hear EVERYTHING from room to room and from outside, so it felt like anyone moving quietly in the kitchen in the morning was banging around. The bed was not particularly comfortable. However, the communication with the host was fine and the location was good for our purposes.

Toilet seat not securely tied to floor. Trash not emptied every day. Mattress a little hard and past its retirement date. The biggest complaint was NO WiFi for first four days. Not pleased.

Everything worked well and the place was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to come back at the end of the day to find someone had come in and given us clean towels. Good location: Close to the bus terminal and grocery stores and within walking distance to downtown.

Stay at Alto Balmacedo was good! No frills accommodation, but clean. Could have better linens, especially towels. Good location!

Great place to stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the washer was a big plus. The location is super convenient, especially with the bus station to Torres del Paine nearby. The staff were friendly, and the self check-in was easy and smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to park. Kitchen is fully equipped. It is nice to have a washer.
