We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Mason for 2 nights. We left early the first morning and returned to a room that had not been made up or cleaned. We checked to make sure that we had not left a sign on the door - we did not. When we went to the front desk to ask for fresh towels, tissues, and mentioned that our room had not been made up by housekeeping, we were barely acknowledged. For the price - $500+ taxes - this was a poor value.

The beds were comfortable, it had a great location compared to Kings Island, plenty of space within the rooms for a family of 4. Most importantly, CLEAN! Will absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel, fantastic prices, great accommodations, the only hiccup we had was when we went swimming we were unable to use the lift to put my daughter, who uses a wheelchair, into the pool. The lift was not working so we had to find a different way to get her in the water, which can be unsafe.

Great stay close to Kings Island

This was a quick one night trip. The hotel was very clean. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great.

Our stay was just okay, but we checked out a day early because there was a leaky pipe that kept dripping and it woke us throughout the night. When I told front desk about it, all they said was, "oh, I'm sorry." Disappointing service, and would expect the building to be in better condition.

Room was not stocked well to accommodate the party. Had to go get toilet paper and linens twice during the stay. No cleaning or restocking between days.

This was our first time to stay at this hotel, and we were pleased overall, with our stay. The only recommendation we would have is maybe upgrade the breakfast items for example add fresh fruits.

Everyone was super friendly and the room was great.

Staff were kind, room was nice with some wear and some dirt, though. The pool ran out of towels each time we went. We would stay again.

The hotel is nice, the floors and ceilings must be made out of paper because you can hear everything and anything.

Check-in took a long time. I checked in via my phone ahead of time. I also forgot our toothbrushes, when we got some from the front desk. But we’re never offered toothpaste. The pool was super small and they were always out of towels.
