这是我第一次入住美里，下次来肯定还会再来。我到美里的时候，比入住时间早了不少，因为还要上班，所以忘了提前问清楚是否可以提前入住，不过前台工作人员真的很好心，帮了我不少忙。房间虽然不大，但也够用了，而且很干净。我还没体验过他们的设施，比如游泳池和健身房，所以评价不多。最后一天尝试了他们的自助早餐，感觉还可以。不过，我肯定还会再来的。

工作人员非常友好，而且酒店位于市中心。

The staff is friendly, but the hotel facilities are not up to expectations, and the buffet is one of the worst I've experienced. The room is decent but slightly dusty, which adds to the overall disappointment.

The staff was great and friendly with sufficient information on great places in Miri. Staff namely Mr. Zakaria from concierge, Liyana of front desk and Iswandi of Belian Breakfast Buffet were among the personnel who craftly created the great experience of mine. Kudos for the whole team.
