I messaged them before I made my way to them. There was no reply, no one at the property when I arrived. Hotels.com took a while to help but they managed to find me a much better stay.

Do not use this company as they do t send any checking in numbers and refuse to refund even tho you don’t stay there

Not happy as could not get hold of anyone to let me into the house/room. The outside condition is not great. Overgrown garden etc Not sure neighbours are happy about it being rented Tried to get refund but as hotels.com could also not contact the vendor they could not give me a refund.
