到了下午4:00都還沒收到入住的訊息，打電話也一直聯絡不上，到了4:30才有人接電話，真的很糟糕，到了房間後發現浴室很多設備都是壞的，晚上還有樓下的房客來敲門說他們的房間在漏水，問我們浴室是否有積水，但是我們的浴室是乾的啊，真的太爛了

위치가 너무 좋고 깔끔합니다! 학회 옆건물이라 6박동안 편하게 잘 지내다가 가요! 테이블이 조금 찐득한 느낌이 있고, 이불에 뭐가 묻은 자국이 조금 있긴한데, 이것을 빼면 모두 괜찮았습니다.

The room was reasonably clean. Good facilities including in room washer/dryer. Minor problems such as a broken/loose bathroom tile which could be a tripping hazard. Shower door was missing an internal handle making it a little challenging to close it with soapy hands. Checking in was confusing. It is fully automated. You have to carefully read your email to get the passcodes. No place for baggage storage if you have a later flight as there are no staff at front desk .

Very clean!

The place is clean. The location is great. but the service was terrible. I stayed there for an entire week for a conference. I had questions for various setting of the room and needs. For example, how to turn off teh automatic heating, I need more toilets papers. etc. I sent about 5 or 6 messages/ questions. Not a single one of them was answered.

Courteous staff, clean room and kitchen

I love having a full kitchen to use for longer stays. I was in town for the Montreal jazz festival and the hotel was located a few blocks away from all of my venues. It's also located near 2 major bus routes and there's a supermarket 2 blocks from the hotel. The room was large, clean and bright, and it was modestly priced.

Spacious.

AVOID IT AT ALL COST! This unit was a major disappointment. It’s a basement-style space with almost no natural light. Bugs and spiders were present in multiple rooms, and the constant noise from the building’s HVAC system made it difficult to rest. The rugs were heavily stained, the sofa appeared to have dried urine, and the chairs were torn. The sheets did not feel clean, and the bathroom amenities were extremely cheap. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors locked, and the loud squeaking made it impossible to move around without waking others. Furthermore, there were no kitchen utensils or cutlery, and the dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all watered down. As for the location, there are homeless folks on drugs all around the building and near the entrance making it very unsafe. I would not recommend this property under any circumstances.

If you are looking for a place for 8-10 people in the downtown, this is it.. well maintained, clean and close to everything

When we arrived, the bedsheets appeared not to have been changed after the last guests. There were stains and numerous hairs. When we went to the “reception desk” there was nobody to be found. On contacting by phone, the manager demanded photographic evidence which I sent, and on reviewing the photos said he would send someone to change the sheets in the morning. I explained that it would be unacceptable for us to sleep in dirty sheets and to please sent someone that night, but nobody came and there was no further communication. So we spent the evening laundering the sheets, and trying to get them dry in the dryer, which took several hours. Could not close bedroom door as it was jammed on its track.

Good value for a spacious place but not everything works, shpwer knob was hard to control, dryer didn't work. However it was good enough.

It’s ok

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with major appliances but no instruction for coffee maker which leaked, no paper towel, dish cloth or scrubber. There was no front office or daily cleaning. Communication was not good.

AC wasn’t working and it was 26° in the unit. I wrote a message, but never got a reply.

The property was in a great location and very clean but I had challenges connecting with the host at some times. The door to the apartment was tricky to operate and would keep unlocking or making a loud sound periodically. But overall, the stay was comfortable.

Amazing location close to Vieux Montreal, downtown andpublic transit. Overall, a great place to stay. A few additions would make it perfect. Beds were pretty comfortable, but a decent chair or two in the living room area would have been very appreciated. There were an adequate amout of dishes and utensils in the kitchen, though only a small bit of counter space in front of the microwave and not place to store any non-refrigeratored food made working in the kitchen challenging. A sheet pan for the oven would have been good too.

No signage. Had to call to figure out how to get in. Could have been cleaner.
