Magnifica experiencia en general, habitación limpia, baño amplio con buena ducha y buen desayuno

Quarto pequeno. Lugar para tomar banho muito apertado. Funcionários maravilhosos, nos ajudaram muito.

This place is fantastic and truly has something for everyone in the family! The gym is amazing and well-equipped, and the breakfast is delicious. Above all, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

The staff were great and I appreciated the early check in. Breakfast was also great. Unfortunately there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom that seemed to be coming through the vents from the room above. They should look at blocking it off because it was a strong smell, as if someone had been smoking in my room.

The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. The carpet in the room was dirty. The shower had 5 separate controls, difficult to figure out in the absence of written explanation. The overhead shower directed the water to the shower door, potentially flooding the room. Breakfast coffee was excellent.

Pontos positivos: localização e deixarem durante toda a estada a possibilidade de tomar café, sucos, leite, achocolatado e frutas a vontade sem limitação de horário. Pontos baixos: box extremamente pequeno (50x50cm) e ficamos duas diárias e quando limparam o quarto no 1o dia, as toalhas jogadas ao chão, não foram trocadas. Sendo as mesmas penduradas, molhadas para nova utilização, mesmo esta do jogadas ao chão.

Fantastic location seconds from aqueduct and plaza. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Great value.

El hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario, a pasos del Acueducto. Nos recibió Nacho y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Tomó de su tiempo para darnos un recorrido por las áreas del hotel y nos recomendó lugares a visitar y para cenar. El desayuno muy variado. Gracias por la atención recibida.

Hotel moderno, limpio, cómodo y cerca de todo

Un hotel con una ubicación inmejorable, está al lado del acueducto. Muy silencioso, limpio y espacioso. Nos encantó el saloncito con juegos de mesa para adultos y niños y el detalle de agua, café, zumos y fruta fresca disponible en el comedor y gratis las 24h fue determinante para creer que este hotel es de matrícula de honor.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was grate! My only concern was the room so small. 24/7 beverage free. I will considered for my next trip to Segovia

Great place to stay near the Aquaduct. Very clean , nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Paid parking nearby and other free options a short walk away . Lift.

Buona la colazione, possibilità durante il giorno di farsi un caffè, poi succhi, latte, frutta sempre a disposizione, in centro a pochi passi dall’acquedotto, non lontano dalla stazione dei bus per fare escursioni nei dintorni, tutto bello siamo stati bene.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Very clean and tidy. No complaints at all. The lady looking after the breakfast area was exceptionally committed to her job (I wasn’t even allowed to take an apple with me after breakfast to take on my walk - or maybe my request was lost in translation).
