great service, nice location, staff are friendly and helpful, very comfy and cozy room.

我們大約下午一時到步。房間準備好就可以提早 check in。職員親切有禮。 房間整潔。環境寧靜。設有自己的 lounge. 地鐵站步行約七分鐘。附近有巴士站能去到清水寺祇等地方。不遠處有很多食肆，每晚我都外出宵夜。但店舖較早關門。 價錢合理。 唯獨是沒有自設的浴場。

房間很大！床很舒服！浴缸也很大！自由行累了可以泡個澡舒緩是件很棒的事情！二樓還有提供點心讓客人不怕肚子餓！超讚！附近也有Lowson跟7-11！離錦市場也超近！整個CP值超高！離烏丸駛也走路約五分鐘！下次有機會會再預定此飯店。👍

離地鐵站近，錦市場步行可到，飯店空間大，隔音也不錯，大推👍

飯店空間大、光線明亮、乾淨，如果浴室門是不透明的家庭旅遊就可以更多利用浴室空間。

環境明亮 退房還有貼心小禮 未來會優先考慮

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, it was fantastic!! I stayed with my 2 teens (we know they can be ahem a challenge to delight) and they are raving too! Loads of space, huge well appointed room and bathroom, fabulous lounge which we took full advantage of. Really walkable, delightful staff and breakfast to die for. We will be back for sure!!

The General Kyoto Shijo is the best hotel! This is my second time staying there and it did not disappoint. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and it is close to Nishiki market and lots of other amazing sites in Kyoto.

Great staff and breakfast was wonderful. The neighborhood is just amazing. Plan on returning to Kyoto and staying here again.

We only stayed here for 1 night but it was a pleasure. The staff is so nice and wonderful. They had our room ready as soon as we got here well before check in time. They also honored our “VIP” status and gave us free breakfast for 2. Additionally, the lounge offers free snacks and beverages throughout the day, including alcohol. Overall, we loved it. I highly recommend

Great stay close to great restaurants and station.

Lounge access for guests is a great benefit and put it above other hotels.

Super wonderful staff. All my needs were taken care of in a way that exceeded my expectations. Manager was extremely kind and competent.

This is an excellent hotel, with a small, but lovely lounge. We received a call the morning after checking in that our status with Expedia provided free breakfast. This was very nice. The staff are excellent. Would stay again.

Great three nights stay here, loved the lounge, the larger room, the rain shower, and the super comfortable beds. Would recommend!
