住房面對大馬路非常吵，沒辦法睡，第二天跟飯店反應有換一間比較安靜的房間，除了服務人員的態度很好外，設備地理位置都很一般

Sehr entspannend, Pool genau das Richtige, man kann wirklich schwimmen (groß genug und frisch). Bisschen aufpassen sollte man,wenn man zusätzlich etwas konsumiert, einfach kurz überprüfen, ob der Wechselkurs passt (wenn man in Devisen zahlt) oder nachrechnen,ob die auf der Karte ausgewiesenen Preise abgerechnet wurden.

The location of the hotel is let’s say authentic. For those wishing a more modern experience surrounding the property may not be for you. We enjoyed but we like the barking packs of dogs and all night horn honking. Again this is Cairo in this area as well as old downtown Cairo. Hang on during any taxi ride and drink it in.

Hotel bien situé dans Gizeh pour visiter les pyramides et le GEM. Personnel très sympathique et pro. Très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner généreux. Seul hic, la piscine était froide et peu chauffée par le soleil car implantée dans le patio intérieur, donc très souvent à l’ombre. Peut être idéal pour l’été, j’y ai séjourné en mars

The stuff is available anytime especially Mona she a great person and so much helpful and they are always worried if you’re not having a good time in the hotel and they always gonna ask you if u want help, besides that the hotel is so good and quiet.

Management is very co-operative for any of our needs.

The room was good. Clean. Little bit noisy. Service terribke. The waiter ate by fingers from the buffet. It took 45 Minutes to serve a coke.

I really so happy with my stay in Azal Cairo from me and behalf of my family we honor to stay in this hotel as well as they treat us not as guest we feel we part of the hotel family the food so nice the staff so kinds specially miss Mona &Amire how the way she always ask us how we doing and what we need really am so proud with all of them from A to Z…… etc God bless them

This hotel itself is old but nice generally and is in the heart of the Giza city with one of the oldest Malls ( Cairo Mall) right across the street. There are beggars across street and at the sides of the hotel which is not a pleasant sight.

No puedo poner más de una estrella porque es insólito que te roben de la caja fuerte y los gerentes no hagan nada, y la respuesta fue es imposible que aquí roben si nosotros tenemos el código de caja fuerte, pedimos ver las cámaras y nada, que llamarán a la policía y solo ellos hablaron, nos dejaron sentadas en el loby en un sillón, de ahí nuestro guía nos fue a traer para irnos a otro hotel. Normalmente yo leo los comentarios pero en este caso solo reservamos por recomendación del guía, fué un gran error, hasta temim9s por nuestra seguridad personal.
