Cozy room, High quality service, Big mall nearby

Great experience

Perfect location! Walking distance to Megamall and Shangrila Mall. Staff are accomodating and courteous. We love their pool and hot jacuzzi.

Hotel staff was ve ry accommodating to me when i arrived. I was upgraded to a little bigger room which worked out better than i expected. The staff manager during the day greeted me when i arrived and handled my check in perfectly. The room service was excellent in their prompt service of items needed. Thanks for the service. I would recommend the hotel for usa travelers

Access to shopping malls very convenient. It only takes 5 min walk.

Very clean property. Staff very attentive. Breakfast, while many items to choose from, was not very tasty. Room service menu very limited and also not too tasty. Very walkable to most areas.

It was a good stay

I was a little disappointed that breakfast was not complimentary but other than that the hotel is very clean, well maintained and friendly staff. We met this wonderful young man "Kiko Agustin" who was attentive to our needs and even hailed a taxi for me and my husband.

Phenomenal! All things about this stay was excellent!

Service is top notch. They strive to make you feel welcome. Facilities are clean and modern. Outdoor pool is nice and they offer a great selection of food.

Comfortable room, very hospitable staff, breakfast buffet is delicious. Family members got massages at the spa and absolutely loved it.

Arranged shuttle pick-up since I was arriving late. Staff vwry helpful went I called to clarify pick-up location. Hotel very secure. Felt very safe. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will be staying again soon. Looking forward to return trip.
