Very nice. Location shortcomings offset by terrific shuttle service. Excellent breakfast

This was an experience that resulted in us planning our next trip/stay in Rochester. While there, we had the workout room/pool to ourselves. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options for my family. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

My room wasn’t ready upon my arrival and once I did get into the room 45 minutes late it wasn’t very clean- I was too exhausted from traveling there and just used my own travel Clorox wipes from my car to avoid further delays. Once settled in, it was a wonderful stay. It was in close proximity to restaurants, they had a shuttle to the clinic, etc.

It was outside of downtown, but shuttle service was excellent for Mayo appointments. It has a nice walking path by the hotel.

Has to be the cleanest hotel I have booked. I loved it here and will definitely be booking it again.

This is the second time we have stayed here while receiving care at Mayo. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to get to the clinic. The shuttle is a plus. Breakfast options are good. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever we return to Rochester we will plan to stay here. Thank you!

Everything was so clean and in really good condition. Made our stay in Rochester less stressful having a nice clean place to lay our heads at night. We will be back.

Nice

Hotel was very clean, check in was a breeze. The rooms were very spacious, and the hotel is within walking distance to the mall, and a few dinning options. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice, as well as the outside terrace. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, minus the places you pay for an executive access. We’ll be returning to this one for sure!

The pillows were really flat but everything else was excellent. BEST breakfast ever!!!!

I love it here.

Just a quick overnight stay, but it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, muffins and bagels, etc.
