Perfect for a quick family stay in Milwaukee!

Property was great!

They would have had 5 stars but breakfast finishes at 9am and we were never informed of the times. Most hotels go to 10, so when we went down at 9:15 and found out we had to go get breakfast, my kids were pretty upset they couldn’t make waffles. When we asked why, they told us because they get mostly business people through there and they want to eat early. The property was very clean and new-looking, staff was available and helpful.

Very, very bad!!!. They checked us into a completely different room without even warning us about it. They promised to change it the next day, but they never gave us a room. Only after two nights did we manage to move, losing two days of vacation!!! They promised to give us a discount, but they didn’t and didn’t even return the difference in price, since they gave us a smaller and cheaper room. We’ve been calling the hotel for a week now and still haven’t received a refund!!! Terrible service. Breakfast, which should be available until 10 a.m., was practically nonexistent around 9 a.m. Horrible!!! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Home 2 Suites. We went to Summerfest and my group was 5 girls. The room had 2 comfortable queen bed. I slept on the pull out couch. The pull out was comfy and I fell instantly asleep. You do not pay for parking. The area is safe. Big free breakfast in the morning too. I really appreciated the spaciousness of the room with our larger group. Last time we stayed here was for the Green Day concert at the Brewers stadium.

It would be a 5 if it wasn’t for the breakfast lady being rude to my wife on Saturday morning. Also the showers have NO Pressure at ALL.

Lovely property, spacious room. Was able to walk to American Family Park from here, took about 40 minutes. A few stores behind the property came in handy.

Great stay, would stay there again.

Had a mix up during check, but the staff fixed it immediately. Very clean and spacious rooms. Very close to American Family Field.

This hotel is a great place to stay for several days. Location was very good. The cleanliness impressed me. Staff checked to ensure there were no problems.

I spent good time here but unfortunately they do not have a cooktop built in and they have portable one but only frying pan. not a pot. Wish they had a pot as well.

I booked this hotel to go to a Billy Joel concert. The concert was canceled due to Billy Joel’s health. I asked to cancel the room. The hotel refused. I then asked if I could change the date and the hotel told me they would charge me over $200 as a penalty for changing the date. It was cheaper for me to pay for the room and not use it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They were not helpful and were quite rude.
