This is a rubbish hotel! Checking in at 12:45pm requires an additional $30 check-in fee, which is a disguised extortion of money from travelers! I have never encountered such a rubbish hotel! This is unacceptable! Because I have already booked and cannot cancel, the female service staff at the front desk is indifferent and nasty! The elevator cannot directly reach the underground parking garage! In order to squeeze the money of travelers in disguise, the front staff was asked to enter the garage to pick up the car. Travelers don’t like others driving their own vehicles! I will never stay in this rubbish hotel again!

The front desk lasy was rude to my 20 yo old son traveling for the first time. They just lost my whole familes business.

The valet parking was unexpected.

This is my second time staying here and all the people that work here are so nice and friendly. Rooms are great. The only thing I'd like to change is the parking situation (valet for $25 or park on the street).

Very clean rooms. Friendly front desk and very helpful staff. Family enjoyed their stay. Downside is no self parking available near hotel. There is no free parking for guests at hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was very much clean and the layout of the room was quite nice. Stuff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was included and was great. Thank you for a great stay.
