We booked a family club room and the room is spacious and good for 2 kids as they have a bunk bed. Location is also quite good and the service at the lounge access is also friendly

Great hotel with lovely staff!! Staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our needs and requests. Received a lovely welcome gift from the hotel upon check-in Within Walking distance to Kuromon Market, Namba Parks, a Namba City, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping areas We also tried the hotel crab buffet which was pretty good and value for money Highly recommended to stay here when in Osaka 😀

Unforgettable stay we had at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka! The location is just next to Namba Parks Mall, you can even easily go to the Mall from the 2nd floor. The hotel also offers TukTuk ride to Namba station, my son LOVES it, especially having Andy (the super kind and friendly concierge guy of the Hotel) to ride him there! The room is very clean, and as we chose the corner premium room, we got fabulous view to the parks! For sure we will definitely go back and stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka next time we go to Osaka!

I have stayed here twice, the first in December 2023 (4 nights) and the second in April 2024 (5 nights), and I was comfortable and felt like I was staying at home. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka, Japan 🫰🏻❤️.

Bagus, service oke, kamar menyenangkan. Namun, breakfast tidak enak, saran saya untuk traveler lain, sebaiknya breakfast di local coffee shop sekitar saja, jauh lebih enak 😄.

ความสะอาดให้0เห็นตั้งแต่ตอนเปิดตัวโรงแรมแล้วเลยจองตาม หวังว่าจะดี แต่ผิดหวังมาก ตอนนี้กำลังพักอยู่ตั้งแต่วันที่12ก.ค.โรงแรมดีทุกอย่างยกเว้นเรื่องทำความสะอาดห้อง ไม่ได้มาตรฐานของเซนทาราเลยผิดหวังมากคะ 3วันติดเลยค่ะ คืนแรกกลับมาถึงห้องเจอวางกองชุดนอนของรร.ไว้ที่ปลายเตียง3ชุด(พ่อแม่ลูก)แบบนั้น งงมากไม่พับเก็บให้ลูกค้าหรือเปลี่ยนใหม่ คืน2 ทางโรงแรมมีแก้วน้ำให้2ใบเราใช้ดื่มโค้ก1ใบ อีกใบเป็นน้ำเปล่าพนง.เลือกที่จะเปลี่ยนใหม่ให้แค่ใบเดียวอีกใบวางไว้แบบนั้น เราซื้อเบียร์มาดื่มแชร์กัน ก็ต้องโทรขอแก้วใหม่รอกว่าจะได้ดื่ม เสียอารมย์มากคะ แจ้งฟร้อนแล้วได้คำตอบว่าแก้วน้ำที่วางไว้เมทจะไม่แตะเพราะคิดว่าเป็นของลูกค้าดื่มเหลือไว้ เรางงว่ามันผ่านมา1คืนแล้วใครจะดื่มมันควรถูกเปลี่ยนพร้อมตอนคลีนห้องไม่ใช่หรอ? เหมือนรร.อื่นๆที่เขาทำกันตอนคลีนห้อง แล้วแก้วอีกใบที่ดื่มโค้กเหลือทำไมได้เปลี่ยน? วันที่3คือวันนี้มีเส้นผมเป็นกระจุกอยู่หน้าห้องน้ำเลยคะ แฟนเราตัดปัญหาเก็บทิ้งเอง ทั้งๆที่เมทควรจะเช็คให้พร้อมก่อนส่งห้องให้ลูกค้า แฟนเราเป็นต่างชาติเขาถามว่าแบรนด์นี้กี่ดาวแล้วทำไมพนง.ถึงแกล้งพวกเรา3ครั้งติด เรากลับมาถึงห้องมืดทุกวันก็อยากพักผ่อนเพราะมาเที่ยวเลยไม่ได้อยู่ห้องตลอดกลับมาเจอสภาพแบบนี้ทุกวันคือเหนื่อยจะขอหรือตามเก็บคะ เบื้องต้นคุยกับดิวตี้เมเนเจอร์แล้วก็ได้แต่ขอโทษคะ ไม่มีอะไรดีขึ้น เรื่องจริงทุกอย่างคะ 15ก.ค
