Hotel staff were curt, and not helpful at all. Beds were hard, and had a terrible flickering light in the bathroom. Mostly clean, but outdated. Did not visit the pool. Breakfast was barely passable, but not friendly to anyone who has dietary restrictions. All single use plastic utensils and cups.

Soaker tubs should be removed and replaced with larger showers….needs an update for sure! Too much fragrance in the foyer for those sensitive to allergies!

It was a solid and clean room, and we enjoyed our stay while in Gunnison.

Older property, decently maintained. However, the AC wasn't working. By the time this was discovered, it was middle of night. Went to lobby to inform of problem, but no one was there. Instead, had to talk to someone somewhere through a machine! Although nice, she wasn't helpful, so spent one our worst nights in a hotel, getting very little sleep!

Great hotel for motorcycle trips. Park right outside your door.

Though convenient, it was not a great experience. The fan to keep the room cool was louder than a 7 year only on a drum set. The breakfast left MUCH to be desired. No coffee, powdered eggs. And sausage looked like poker chips. But - the waffles apparently were good.

Wifi didnt work. I checked out a day early and I was told i couldn't get a refund for my last day. I checked out at 7am Thursday morning and was not supposed to check out until Friday at 11am.

The room size was good but the beds were uncomfortable and part of the ceiling in the pool room was coming down.

Location was great. Room was very spacious. Beds were too firm for my liking. Needed to be cleaned better. Food was fair

This motel was awful. The rooms were ok but everything else was horrible! The picture is of the indoor pool area. Our bathroom looked like it had never been deep cleaned. Our feet were black from the floors in the room. The lobby looked completely abandoned and hot. The breakfast was only ok. Unfriendly staff. The cleaning crew had their entire family following them around. Even small children crawling in and out of the rooms while they cleaned. Overall, I would never stay at this motel again. It is very poorly managed and not worth the money they charge.

The establishment was so clean. The front desk was so nice and the breakfast was good. The room came with a spa tub.

The room was very old. The bathroom outdated. Window had broken glass.
