我第一次住公寓，第一次对糟糕的服务感到失望，入住过程非常困难，我主动联系了房东，房间设施和照片完全不一样。实际上，房间设施非常糟糕，而且有异味。真的很糟糕。我只进去5分钟就立刻退房了。
