Comfortable hotel for business trip. Next trip I will stay at Hilton Garden Inn Puchong again 😉

Room is OK. Choosing the lake view for about a week stay. However, the scenery of lake view was jeopardized by the construction site beside this hotel. Breakfast can be improved as per same menu everyday.

My room air conditioner is not cold. Midnight sweat.

What started as a random decision to stay at, has now become a choice location. I'm very pleased with the prompt front office service and the simple and clear answers given. The most obvious praise would be the consistency of the service provided. And once again I had the privilege of the front office manager Mr. Vimal who took extra initiative to ensure everything is done very promptly and providing a warm comfort zone for the guest. Thank you once again.

I had a great stay in Hilton Garden Inns Puchong. This was my and times of stay with them, they have free car park at the basement. They have in house facility such as pool, gym, and restaurant. The most satisfied service was they allowed me to extend until 2pm on my request without incurred any charges. The receptionists and room service personnel are well trained and polite. I would looking forward to have my next stay with them again!
