我去洗澡的时候，流出来的水是脏兮兮的棕色的。我去游泳的时候，泳池也很脏，里面有很多枯叶和碎花。

这家酒店宁静祥和，提供的奢华体验在乌布地区这个价位上实属难得。我一定会很快再次光临。酒店员工也非常热情好客，我很喜欢他们。

这里的一切设施都堪称一流。服务、房间、早餐和泳池都非常棒。我一点也不后悔预订这里。

睡得好，吃得好，尽管最后一天我们被迫换房间，因为楼上房间门口漏水了。

下午茶甜点非常好吃，工作人员的服务也非常棒。

Love it soo much. The quietness. The green. The fresh ambient surrounding brought back the memories of my childhood in Cimahi. I really really loveee it. Must come again.

Semua fasilitas hotel sangat bagus, semua staff hotel sangat ramah, semua makanannya enak baik itu breakfast dan dinner di restaurant-nya (terspesial untuk bebek gorengnya juara!). Suasana sangat tenang dan sejuk karena berhadapan langsung dengan rimbunan pepohonan. Terdapat free transfer pulang pergi untuk ke Pasar Ubud.

Semua staf ramah. Kamar bersih banget. Dikasih view kamar paling the best. Breakfast enak. Pokoknya puas dan nyaman. Thanks Metland Venya.

Pertama masuk parkiran disambut dengan baik oleh security, receptions ramah, pelayanan resto juga ok. Sangat nyaman menginap di hotel ini. Yang ingin stay dengan suasana adem, tenang, nyaman dengan pelayanan prima, silahkan memilih hotel ini cukup recommended menurut aku. Sebelumnya aku menginap di room yang lain dari pada yang lain karena kamarnya justru turun dibawah lantai resepsionis karena berada di perbukitan dengan view hutan dan kolam renang yang sangat keren

Best Hotel I've ever been to in Bali. This place offers a stunning view and a very quiet ambience which is very good for me since I am seeking a tranquil, leisure vacation with my family. There are many food outlet options here. I like the 2nd floor restaurant because it 's quiet and give a clear view to the hills across, and the sky here is very clear that we can always see the stars. In the morning while eating breakfast the fog beautifully envelops the hills across. I also like the pool area which situated on lower altitude than the hotel from where you can see the jungle view.

Nice Hotel, Nice Ambience, I find the friendly staff during my staycation and I would like to come here for next vacation.
