Charming little hotel. Small, clean room. Good dinner in the pub. Possibility to store bicycles in a secure room.

Nice village pub. The ale was excellent. Pretty small room with tiny bathroom. Overall enjoyed our stay. We ate at the pub and the food and choice was pretty good. The fish pie was a little dissapointing, didnt see a prawn, and no smoked haddock to give flavour. Some nice walks by the river. Unfortunately didnt have time for the long walk to the coast and Ladram bay. A pity there was not close parking to do that.

woken at 6.30am by very loud music from kitchen after little sleep on uncomfortable beds! Thanks for nothing - Mother's Day and one HR less sleep due to clocks going forward

It was in a lovley village and the room was okay with all you needed for a 2 night stay. Staff were friendly i just wished it was a full free cooked breakfast rather than just a free continental breakfast . For the price of the room i think it was a bit expensive. But overall a lovley place.

In such a lovely quiet part of Devon with brilliant local walks within 100 meters of the pub. Staff really friendly and has quality food and drinks. Definitely has more appeal than other places I've been to

Loved our stay. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food in the pub was amazing proper pub meals all laid out well. Only down point was the shower, it was scolding hot. So unable to enjoy a needed shower after walking the coastal path.

A really lovely stay. Really comfortable and clean. Nice choice of quality tea/coffee/biscuits in room. Welcoming, friendly staff. Can't actually fault it.

SHOWER WAS A BIT SLOW

A good very dog friendly pub. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with there four legged freind

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. We came down to breakfast 30 minutes before serving had finished to find that there was only toast and a small amount of fruit.

Nice pub hotel with a great breakfast. Fantastic location and a good room size. Can hear next doors room/tv which is a small negative but would highly recommend here. Great walks local to the pub.

Quiet, welcoming, well managed, excellent food

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very satisfying with lot's of choice. A lovely place to stay.

Excellent friendly check-in via a busy popular pub bar. The bed felt a little soft but we both had a great night's sleep and the shower was great. Dinner in the bar was first class.
