What a fantastic hotel! I had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. The best part was the staff. Every employee was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience, and their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small issue was that the hallway lights shined into the room at night, making it a little difficult to sleep. Even though there were curtains, they didn’t completely block the light. I hope this can be improved because everything else was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The staff was so friendly, the location was unbeatable, and the foods at the restaurants were amazing. The noise from the construction outside and from the restaurants above and below were a bit loud at times, but otherwise it was the perfect stay.

Great staff, super clean and in the heart of the historical city. Can’t emphasize how well maintained and safe this hotel is. Gorgeous views and great food too! Rooms are spacious and clean.

Amazing place to stay. The staff is really accommodating and friendly. They will try to go out of their way to help you. Stayed in the Jr. Suite, which was spacious and cleaned daily by the staff. There’s two restaurants on site, which offer great food. The included breakfast has many options

We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it was amazing!! The suit was as good as it gets, the hotel itself was gorgeous, terrific service, wonderful restaurant, and PERFECT location.

Hotel muy lindo y nuevo, pero con deficiencias de atención. Personal amable pero sin experiencia. Diseño y decoración espectacular. Super buena ubicación. Detalles como la puerta de la habitación que no tenía seguro (teníamos que atrancarla con una maleta para que no quede abierta, nunca la pudieron arreglar), Aire acondicionado dañado (esencial porque las habitaciones son muy calientes) hacía mucho sonido y no pudieron arreglarlo… Organizaron un transfer al aeropuerto para 2 personas a pesar de que éramos 4, tuvimos que salir a buscar un taxi en la madrugada. No volveríamos más...

En la mejor ubicación de la ciudad de Cuenca, frente al parque calderón, la suite tiene una vista increible de la catedral y esta renovada todas las hab volveria siempre
