I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local and international dishes. The view is simply unbelievable—waking up to the sight of the Pyramids was a dream come true. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, with many restaurants and services nearby. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunset from the rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere was magical, the food was excellent, and the panoramic view of the Pyramids made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. I will definitely come back!

One thing that truly surprised me was that the hotel arranged a complimentary airport pickup for me without even asking for it. It was a very thoughtful gesture and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view of the Pyramids was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning and seeing the Pyramids right from my window was an unforgettable experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. بصراحة كانت إقامة جميلة جدًا. أول ما وصلت حسيت بترحيب واحترام من فريق الفندق، وكل حاجة كانت ماشية بشكل منظم. الغرفة كانت نضيفة ومريحة، والإطلالة كانت تحفة خصوصًا وقت الشروق. استغليت فترة إقامتي في زيارة أماكن كتير في القاهرة، وكان موقع الفندق مساعد جدًا في التنقل. كمان الإفطار كان كويس ومتنوع، والخدمة كانت سريعة وأي طلب كنا بنحتاجه كان بيتنفذ باهتمام وكان مدير الفندق متعاون جدا ومساعد لينا بشكل كبير أكتر حاجة عجبتني إن المكان فيه جو هادي ومريح بعد يوم طويل من الخروج والفسح. تجربة ممتازة فعلًا، ولو رجعت القاهرة تاني أكيد هفكر أقيم هنا مرة تانية. 🌟

Tuve una estancia muy agradable en el hotel. El ambiente es tranquilo y todo está bien organizado. El check-in fue rápido y el personal siempre fue educado y respetuoso. La habitación cumplía perfectamente con lo necesario: limpia, cómoda y con todo lo básico para una buena estancia. Me gustó mucho la atención al detalle en el servicio diario. La ubicación es muy conveniente para moverse hacia los principales puntos turísticos, especialmente las Pirámides. Además, me ayudaron con algunas recomendaciones locales que hicieron el viaje más interesante. En general, una muy buena experiencia. Es un lugar que recomendaría sin duda para quienes buscan comodidad y buen servicio en Giza.

My stay at this hotel was amazing from the first day until the last. As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. During my visit, I had the chance to explore some of Egypt’s most famous attractions, including the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The hotel helped organize everything, making the experience easy and enjoyable. I also tried traditional Egyptian food, especially koshari, and I absolutely loved it. The restaurant served delicious meals and the service was always excellent. A special thank you to Hanan, our tour guide from the hotel. She was wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. She made our tours much more enjoyable and helped us learn a lot about Egyptian history and culture. The combination of excellent hospitality, clean rooms, delicious food, well-organized tours, and caring staff made this one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were a big group and had a party at the hotel. Everything was very well organized and the staff were very professional. The service was excellent and everyone treated us with respect and kindness. prima hotel als uitvalsbasis om alle moois in de directe omgeving te verkennen (pyramides van Gizeh, GEM, Djoser), wat minder om hele dagen te verblijven of uitgebreid te dineren. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spant zich merkbaar in om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Ook prima service voor diensten die die buiten directe hotelservice vallen (regelen chauffeur voor hele dag, reserveringen in de stad): vergeet echter niet strak te onderhandelen… het blijft Egypte! Prijs /prestatie-verhouding goed, een aanrader.

Havalimanı transferi için de 30 USD para alıyorlar. Bu fiyat uber'in 4 katından da fazla ama uber'e de pek güven olmuyor berbat arabalar çıkabiliyor el mahküm yani. Piramit manzarası var evet. Çok memnun kaldım diyemem açıkçası.

The hotel is excellent, but what makes it exceptional is its staff. They are very friendly, very attentive, very helpful, and very warm; that's what makes the difference. The facilities are really good. Clean rooms. The food is acceptable, No, not a good restaurant, but acceptable.

If you are planning to stay I Giza, I recommend this hotel. Excellent costumer service, friendly staff, if you get there before check in and the room is ready they will let you get your room with no extra charge. For $30 they will schedule a taxi to pick you up at the airport. Breakfast included at the roof top of the hotel with an amazing view of the pirámide. We were pleased with this hotel.

Great Hotel with amazing customer service. The rooms are really nice and the one with a balcony has a great view of the pyramids. The breakfast is on the rooftop with indoor and outdoor options with an amazing view of the Pyramids. Staff are very attentive and will help you with whatever you need. For a small fee, they will schedule a ride from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.

Great staff, very friendly and willing to help. The rooftop bar is amazing. Felt the package tours were a bit of an oversell and the private taxi prices were extortionate, if you have the patience for an Uber it is much cheaper and better.

The staff were excellent. Considerate,polite, friendly and extremely helpful, over and above the expected. The room was comfortable. The roof top bar and restaurant was comfortable but cold. It was January so although the food was good and fresh, it was cold before it arrived owing to the chill winds off the Sahara. Breakfast was included but we didn't eat any other meals there although food was available. Jusef who served us at breakfast was particularly helpful and friendly. The reception staff were too, helping us get a taxi and a guide to take us to the New Museum, also arranging taxis and finding and booking a lovely resturaurant. There is a bar for soft, cold and hot drinks but this hotel does not serve alcohol. So if that is important to you this probably isn't the hotel for you.
