The hotel is amazing, and the staff are all very friendly and professional! We had a great time there. Have to thank Amber and Hardy especially, this trip would’ve been so smooth without their help!

Here’s the English translation of your review: --- I stayed at this hotel for three days. The exterior is stunning and beautifully designed. However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. In three days, housekeeping only came once—and all they did was change the sheets and take out the trash. The floors weren’t even lightly cleaned. After checking out, I realized I had left something behind. I tried contacting the hotel by phone and email, but received no response. If you’re currently considering booking this hotel, I strongly suggest you look into other options instead. --- Let me know if you’d like to polish the tone for a public review or adapt it for a complaint email.

附近有提供兩個飯店停車場，環境乾淨舒服，2樓的房間還有一個陽台；如果事前有回信，無法在6PM前抵達，當天也會發mail提供自助報到手續，讓人入住。

雖然酒店新淨及房間整潔，惟服務台的營業時間是上午9時至下午6時，營業以外時間要自行處理入住及退房，覺得不便，而且車位不足，晚上要在昏暗環境下尋找車位。此外，房間包早餐，店方亦沒有指示到哪間餐進食，要自行摸索。現時很多酒店都借環保之名而不會每日清潔房間，這間酒店亦是，入住兩晚，連浴巾等都沒有補給。

整體非常讚！ 唯一要注意的是櫃檯人員服務時間，超過時間以後無法進大門比較麻煩

非常棒的西式公寓酒店，少有的清水模建築，所有設備包括桌，椅，用料高檔，空間設計舒適，服務人員英文超棒，會是再想住的酒店。

整體酒店硬件軟件都不錯，員工也非常有禮貌，但美中不足是房間清潔問題，我們住三晚，但他只有第二日來，清理垃圾亦沒有整理房間被鋪，這是我唯一不太滿意的地方。另外，我們租了兩個房間，但他竟然將我們分拆在兩個不同的樓層，極為不便。希望有改善空間。

設施簇新，房間整潔寬闊，服務員態度很好，極近滑雪場，唯酒店入口對泊車後携行李不太方便，整體仍不錯！如價格能低一點更好！

When we checked in we immediately noticed a foul smell coming from the sink. We had to live with it our entire stay. A few other cons of the hotel: 1) It is marketed as a hotel but it is not a hotel. They do not provide any services the entire time you are there. No water is provided. Not even water replenish points which was a standard across all hotels during our Japan trip. Once you check in they basically leave you alone till you check out. 2) Minimum car parking spaces. Only a few were available infront of the building. The rest were up the hill. And it’s not helped by the roads closure caused by a huge construction site right beside the hotel which brings me to the next point 3) huge construction site right beside the hotel causing road closures and loud noises throughout the day. If you plan to stay in or sleep in, then you’d be better off booking somewhere else. 4) we asked to have Queen bedded rooms when we communicated with the hotel months before checking in. It was agreed on by the hotel. I even double confirmed with the hotel prior to the trip. But when we checked in we were shocked to find that all our rooms were furnished with 2 small beds. Pros: 1) quite comfortable rooms with reasonably sized bedrooms 2)large fridge 3) washing machine provided

The room was absolutely spotless and incredibly clean, making it the perfect place to chill and relax. Do note that bottled drinking water is not provided, so you'll want to bring your own water bottles for your stay. On the plus side, the front desk team was very helpful and provided great recommendations whenever needed!

シャワーだけだったのはこちらが良く調べていなかったせいですが、自販機ほか水が置いてなかっり足りない物が多いイメージでした。

すべてにおいて最高のホテルでした。 部屋、スタッフの方の対応、清掃、設備どれも大満足でした。 ただ、パジャマがないので、持参してください。
