Okko Rosa Parks was so easy to get to from Gare du Nord one short bus ride away. The area was friendly well connedced by bus, Tram and Tube. Close enough to all the main attractions and still offered a local feel. The hotel itself was modern the staff was friendly and we were able to see the some of the landmarks from our room with a city view. Over all a great stay and I would definitely book again.

Very close to each public transport, the stag very polite and helpful.

A very nice hotel all the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only thing that was a little weird was the hospital across the walkway they had some interesting characters out there, but everything else was absolutely great and I loved the fact that they offered different kind of snacks and breakfast throughout the day with some really cool juices and items

Overall the hotel was great value, beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing property, very close to rail system (which helps a ton with transportation but you can definitely hear everything if your window faces the tracks). Overall very pleased. They were able to accommodate us after our flight was delayed at no extra cost which was so very much appreciated. Young girl working at front desk is a delight!

It was EXCELLENT, comfort, cleanliness, service, exceeding my expectations and a great pleasure. Close proximity to metro stations was an added convenience.

Disappointed as the restaurant was closed. Beds very comfortable & room spacious & very clean. No iron or ironing board.

24 hours accessible lounge area was great. There is room to improve on breakfast part. I would not recommend trying the Italian restaurant because the foods weren’t as good as I was expecting. Very welcoming nice and at the front desk. Overall was a good experience.

This hitel is very accessible by car or public transit. It is in a new area but there are a lot of places to eat and drink nearby. It is 5 mins walk away from Rosa Parks metro station and it is safe to walk at night.

We stayed during the Olympics, so choices were limited, but this was new so we went with it. Breakfast and the snack area was amazing. But besides that, the location was a little out of the way, and not in a good way. Also, they limit the degrees you can turn the air conditioner down, 69 is the lowest. It was 100 degrees during the day and in order to ensure a cool(not cold) room was to close the blinds and put a do not disturb sign on the door, so the Ac could run all day. If they clean your room, they turn it all off, they are extremely eco friendly in Paris. Even the cabs don’t use air conditioning. But the hotel was clean, with a scent of construction, it was super new.. and the staff was amazing!
