The staff are professional, the rooms are comfortable and modern, and the beds are very comfortable. This is an excellent hotel, and I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

Gut

I’ve been a loyal guest for over 10 years, so I was disappointed by the check-in experience this time. It took nearly 20 minutes and felt unnecessarily long, especially since I had to re-provide all my details despite being a returning customer. There was also no mention of the welcome drink, which we only remembered and asked about at check-out. On a more positive note, breakfast was enjoyable, though gluten-free options were quite limited. It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee available at some point during the stay—even just basic drip coffee—without needing to purchase the full breakfast. Overall, while the stay had some pleasant moments, a few small service touches would go a long way toward making the experience feel more welcoming and seamless.

Staff very helpful…. Gave city maps and able to help with tech support for apps so we could rent bikes! Explained metro with maps appreciated their kind help!

Es war perfekt für den Kurztripp nach Wien

Schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, angenehme Atmosphäre, günstig gelegen.

Attractive room, very comfortable bed, nice shower, friendly staff.

Zimmer wurde trotz Absprache nicht einmal gereinigt, Handtüchertausch nur nach mehrfacher Nachfrage. Frühstück kaum ein Tisch zu bekommen und teilweise leer bereits 1 Stunde vor Ende. Hotel war voll mit feiernden Rumänen.

Nettes Hotel mit toller Lage um Wien zu erkunden

Utmärkt hotell, rent och fräscht, tre minuter från U-bahn Erdberg med bra anslutning till centrum. Området är inte så charmigt, ganska ödsligt utanför arbetstider, men kändes inte alls otryggt. Det finns inga restauranger eller butiker i närheten utom en stormarknad och så en liten brödkiosk vid stationen (och dessa har sedvanligt begränsade öppettider).

Struttura estremamente pulita e curata in tutti i dettagli. La struttura è anche molto bella dal punto di vista di arredamento sia delle camere sia della sala principale.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Moxy und sind immer zufrieden gewesen, Zimmer , Service, Frühstück und Lage sehr gut. Preis Leistung sowieso.
