Très bon séjour. Je recommande

Une excellente expérience! Nous avons pris une chambre avec kitchenette, je n’avais jamais eu une chambre si spacieuse ! Avec bonus rideau + qu’occultant, rare d’avoir ça dans les hôtels (noir complet). Une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, idéal avec un bébé. Le petit dej n’est pas exceptionnel mais est tout à fait convenable pour 15€ par personne Bref j’y retournerai sans hésiter lors de ma prochaine visite de Dunkerque!

Arrivée a l'hôtel pour prendre la chambre ils m'ont annoncé que la chambre que j'avais rêver été plus disponible je me suis retrouvé a 300 kilomètres de chez moi un dimanche en plus en voyage avec ma moto sans chambre pour dormir 😡😡😡

Chambre au calme, déco moderne, personnel agréable, stationnement aisé en bas de l’hôtel et tout autour. 2 regrets : des déchets dans la poubelle en arrivant, et chambre non rafraîchie entre les 2 nuits (aspi, remettre les draps, etc …)

Un personnel souriant, agréable, disponible et très réactif.

My wife and I came here as part of our anniversary celebration. We were looking forward to a comfortable, learning experience. This is our first time in this part of France but 2nd time in France. You would think that this hotel being in a worldwide historic destination(Dunkirk) that the hotel staff would at least think of visitors that maybe coming from other parts of the world. They failed. They did not accommodate our visit whatsoever. From the initial greeting, I sensed that we were intruding their hotel. There was no sense of welcoming... no sense of warmth that is usually present in places of hospitality. Our stay was anything but hospitable & enjoyable. We couldn't wait to leave. The French are known for their indifference, lack of warmth, and lack of civility... this French hotel staff succeeded in all three. Simple requests were met hesitation, indifference and rudeness. I could go on and on. I will never come back to this place and will advise those in my circle not to come here... or France for that matter as both of my visits to France were anything but enjoyable.

Personnel très agréable. Chambre avec un grand lit. Franchement, tout est parfait à chaque fois.

Staff were all lovely There was lots of noise from the outside road and from the liquor store outside the window. Deliveries started very early shortly after 6am Room was large. Bed and pillows comfy. We did find a pair of Men’s pants presumably left from a previous occupant.
