The property was good, but the service was terrible.

The hotel confused my booking and set me up in 2 villas. The villa i received was full of sand, the surfaces were smugged frommprevious use, the furniture was marred with cigareete burns, the tv was not hooked up and had protective film still on it, there was no internet service. I attempted to csncel my secpnd night with a refund and I was denied. I was charged for the four breakfast I didn't attend too.

Location excellent , quite clean beach . Management give access to people not staying at the resort to use the beach which makes it crudely. They charge/ person so they get more. When you call for service no body answer after working hours . No body come to pic the garbage
