The door of the room was broken.. The room could be better with a door in the toilet.. The service wasn't very good and in our first dinner at 9:00 pm she took our plates without asking and she said that they close! I'm 24 hour hotel you cannot act like this

The staff in general and the manager in particular, worked hard to please. We could see that (quite necessary) building improvements are underway. Parking was a big issue; not good!

Very noisy Aircon all night in room 12. Paid breakfast but no toast due to load shedding. Hot tap in room 12 turns on itself.

Exceptionally friendly and pleasant staff.
