Très bel hôtel , très beau cadre , manque le sourire du personnel qui me fait enlever une Étoile sur le service Nourriture excellente

Staff was very friendly, food was great.

Yemekler lezzetli ve doyurucu değil. Yemek seçimi esnasında Görsel sunumu yok. Tatlılar ve aparatifleri de beğenmedik. Mutfak çok amatör kaldı. Ayrıca kasa kilitli kalmış 24 saatte üç kez resepsiyona söyledim. 24. Saatte görevliyi gönderebildiler Üzerine birde üçüncü gün akşamı klima soğuk üfledi. Resepsiyon görevli ile panel radyatör gönderdi . Geceyi kurtardık. Tabiki Kartalkaya faciası aklımızda olduğu için yatarken radyatör kapattım. Üşüdük yani.

A wonderful and relaxing wellnes hotel in a magical place. The hotel was spacious and rooms were very well kept 2 notes : the beds are much less firm than expected . Employees and supplier unfortunatly smoke just under the room window which makes it bit annoying .

Très agréable séjour dans cet établissement Haut de Gamme. Chambre confortable, restauration de bon niveau, très bon service. Dommage quelques détails de finitions (rien de grave) empêche de mettre 10/10. Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs hôtel 5* sur Velingrad , Kashmir est pour nous le meilleur. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Prachtig nieuwe hotel mooi spa mooie kamers. Goed eten. Personeel weet niets, spreken geen Engels of klein beetje. Als wij vroegen of er what te doen is in velingrad zeiden ze dat er niets is.daarna bleek dat er een feestje in het dorp was die wij gemist hebben

Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later that the room is ready now… Why … you want to make someone disappointed… What a service is that… what cost you to be nice and welcoming… hospitality…
