Indian guests only. No foreigners allowed to stay. No mention of this on Expedia website. No explanation offered or given by receptionist staff as they didn’t know. Unable to stay and was relocated to another Fabhotel called Marble Arch which was in a very unsafe area and run down/dirty. Staff tried best to accommodate but it wasn’t their problem. It was FabHotel Galaxy. Fabhotel said they it was problem of Expedia who left out important information about ‘no foreign guests’. I question this but I also hold Expedia accountable too because they have yet to reply to my email after a week. Very disappointed with Fabhotel galaxy, Expedia and condition of Fabhotel marble arch.
