Okay. Here’s the deal here. This property is on a busy highway so it can get noisy. I booked for two rooms with queen beds, they were not. We also stayed for multiple nights hoping to get a turndown service, did not. Perhaps the most disappointing thing was that we had an early morning flight and had to leave very early and there was not a single staff member present. All the lights were off and gates closed. We were forced to write a note and leave our keys. The place is cute, has parking, and breakfast was amazing, but honestly, the fact that no one was working when we needed to check out really rattled me. We knocked on multiple employee doors, and sent various messages. I even left my kindle, messaged if there was anything they could do, didn’t hear A THING. I will not return.

Mal servicio está bonita la ubicación pero muy lejos de la playa caminando el servicio muy malo no ay comida buena el desayuno malo un lugar muy bonito pero no tiene nada extra que ofrecer

Good place to stay and relax

Un mini jabon para dos personas tanto para bañarde cómo lavarse las manos. No limpian los cuartos. Me fui dos noches antes. Para ir a playa hay que cruzar un arroyo mitad agua jabonosa y mitad aguas negras. Al final para llegar a una playa muy fea. No deberia ser tan caro si eso es lo que se ofrece.

Loved this hotel it’s a cute cozy place to stay. The rooms were clean with very nice decorations. Definitely recommend to stay at this place. If you don’t care to drive Uber is very cheap to get to the restaurant strip of surf city.

Please stay away from this hotel. My bed had bed bugs the whole bedroom and my sister got bitten really bad. We end up leaving the hotel at 2:00 am.

Nice little boutique hotel, about 15 min walk to surf city.

Initially, we thought the area around it looked pretty slumish, but it is extremely safe and a short walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was noise from the road but the owner was extremely nice and a place is extremely clean and for the price was a good deal.

The parking was limited and very small

O atendimento pelo gerente e funcionários foi excelente. A localização pecou bastante porque o acesso aos restaurantes na praia de El Tunco é difícil. No mais curto vc atravessa um Rio/esgoto sobre umas pedras mais altas (terrível). No outro tens que caminhar na beira do asfalto e dar uma volta grande. A Café é simples, mas ok. O quarto ok, exceto pela falta da água quente que é comum na região. A TV smart não pegou bem o wi-fi. Mas no celular ok. O mais complicado de tudo é que existe uma borracharia 24h, com aquela pistola de formula 1 que te lasca o sono.
