Hotellet og dets personale var veldig imøtekommende og gjorde oppholdet smertefritt.Restauranten tilbyr god retter og forfriskende drikkevarer.Rommene var rene og ryddige. Kort vei til stranda og de låner ut badehåndklær+++. Det er verdt å merke at det er 20 min + gåtur til sentrum, men det finnes masse fine spiseplasser som man nyte på veien. Taxi lander det ca 10-15 euro en vei. Anbefaler lokasjon på det sterkeste.

Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning. However, surprisingly 11am at my check out date they knock at my door asking for the room immediately… saying they just sold it and need me out on the spot… I said I am an Expedia platinum member and entitled for at least 1-2pm check out… they rejected! I asked for at least an hour to shower and pack… they insisted they were wanted it in few minutes! If they said it was impossible the midnight before I would have found another room at nearby hotel. 3 reminders they never responded to and last minute they wanted the room on the spot 11am! Bad communication! Bad new management (I am a recurring customer and the former manager was great and always helped with late check out and had frank clear communication)! Zero respect to customers request!

Nice clean rooms. The staff was very helpful. Regarding the breakfast at the restaurant, I think they could be more organized.

Great Penthouse & Fantastic Experience! We enjoyed our stay! The penthouse features a high-end design, a very spacious apartment layout, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful terrace with a fantastic sea view. The staff at the reception were super friendly and supportive, and the private parking was convenient. There is also a good restaurant right below the hotel, which is perfect for light food. A few things to note for future guests: The hotel is close to the airport, so you can hear the planes day and night. Also, the en-suite bedroom does not offer full darkness in the morning. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

They went above and beyond to make our stay just absolutely wonderful. The amenities are amazing. Do not miss the Spa! It is vastly under appreciated and simply the best. I will stay here again on my return. *****!

Die Suite war wunderbar und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der direkte Blick auf das Meer einfach traumhaft. Die Küche ist vegetarisch aber die Frühstücksauswahl sehr lecker. Etwas sonderbar, dass, wenn man duschen wollte, zwei Stunden vorher der Boiler aktiviert werden muss. Sonst gibt es kein warmes Wasser. Wir waren im Dezember hier, deshalb kein Baden mehr möglich, aber wenn es wärmer ist, ist es sicher wunderbar. Super ist auch die Veloverleihstation direkt beim Hotel.
