La ubicacion es excelente, el lugar agradable, pequeño pero con lo necesario.

The rooms do not have any air conditioning, and if you're staying in Mexico City when it's going to be hot, this is definitely NOT the place to stay as it will be too hot to get a good night's sleep without any proper air circulation (even with window and balcony door open). Also while there, we were locked out of our room for about an hour while they had to change the battery on the door lock. I will say all the front desk people were all very friendly and helpful, and if the room temperature was not so uncomfortable, this would have received a much higher review as the location was great and the people were friendly.

Atmosphere waa awesome great location it is noisy in the morning but thats out of the hotwls control

Esta bastante bien organizado, faltan un poco de utensilios en los deptos. pero en general no falta nada.

Que tienen estufa, refri, microondas, utensilios de cocina por si quieres prepararte algo. Puedes pedir algo para comer y puedes guardarlo. Son como un micro depa.

Great place to stay at, staff is nice and will get you the answers you need. Kitchen already included pans and pots for cooking. I would stay here again

Visited this hotel many times before and it has been great. The pillows on the bed weren't as comfortable as previous stays.

El concepto y la estancia en general fue excelente, la atención y servicio del personal fue impecable.

Check in was a total mess, they had us change rooms 3 times before "upgrading" us to a suite. The room was cleaned only 1 time despite us staying 6 nights... it also was unbelievable how noisy it was at night. Will not be going back and would not recomend it.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff went above and beyond for me. The restaurant they work with is good too to get a good meal in. Besides just needing a fan in the room, I still had good rest and woke up feeling refreshed.

A hot water issue and a bad shower head

Room wasn't ready when we first arrived, but after a short wait, we had a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff and secured building

Everything was good , just a parking space, the hotel doesn't have a private space for Parking, so i had to park on the sreeet, so of course i little concern about my car sence the hotel is not responsible for damages or theft, besides that like a said Everything was great..
