Very nice owner.

Great location for attending a concert at the Mann in Fairmount park. We were able to walk to the concert in about 15 - 20 mins and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were all really clean and the checkin process was really easy. the 2 cats are very friendly too

Very nice host but this is more of a dorm/hostel than a hotel. No TV in room, shared bathroom, and kitchen was dirty w cat food on floor so we didn’t really stay around much. Two cats on site roaming around that were kind but not advertised during booking. Thin walls so you have to tread softly at night to prevent any disturbance to other roommates. comfy and clean room and quiet neighborhood for the most part. Easy location to jump on 95 to the city but wished we didn’t have to sneak around for fear of disturbing other roommates for the money we spent.

This guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is plenty of parking. The host was so kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. The house is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk to The Mann. Would stay again if we are in the area for sure.

I absolutely loved staying at this guesthouse. It felt like staying with locals instead of at an impersonal hotel. The owner/manager did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed.

We had the room with a private bath. The room was large and comfortable. The hostess was very attentive and helpful.

Yin was very nice and was doing her best to make sure we had a great stay. There was two cats on property one was shy but the other was super sweet and made leaving the room/building a nice experience. It helped us not his out kitty back at home.

A nicely kept property with a caring owner. Very much enjoyed my stay here. Self check in was simple and explained in advance.

Nice stay, like staying at a friend's house. Conveniently located near Mann Center, where I attended a concert. Will stay there next time I have Mann Center tickets. Thank you!

Yin is an excellent hostess! Our room was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Just what I needed since I got up before sunrise to compete in the Women’s Philly Tri. Keep in mind out of courtesy you do need to leave your shoes at the foyer rack but I do that in my home too-so no biggie for me. There is a $30 cleaning fee to be paid to Yin at check in (additional cost to what you pay on Hotels.com but worth it)-keep in mind. I felt very safe in her home-lock box and code for each guest room. It was a perfect night’s stay and had everything I needed for a very restful night. I will definitely return as a guest again.

Yin, the host, was very communicative and attentive throughout our stay. She gave clear instructions for self check-in and check-out. Quiet area with lots of on-street parking available, and conveniently located near the Mann Center for concerts and events. Be sure to read the fine print during booking, because there is a $30 cleaning fee owed to the host at the time of your stay. Amenities and decor are basic, but the bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy. You may want to bring some extra bed pillows, as there were several accent pillows on the bed, but only two sleeping pillows provided. Overall, I would consider a one-night stay here again, especially due to the host’s communication and the house being conveniently located to the Mann.

The proprietor was super-helpful and friendly. We had a lot of privacy and appreciated the advice regarding nearby places to see and eat.

This was a really lovely stay. While it lacked a couple amenities- ie a TV and the ability to control the temperature of your own room- it was very quiet and clean and the host Yin was super kind and accommodating. The amenities it lacked did not dampen my opinion of the house at all. It was also perfect for a weekend stay in Philly as it was affordable and very close to all the activities we wanted to do. I would absolutely stay again.

The owner did a great job of communicating how to access the property and following up to make sure that I was able to check in without any issues. The room and en suite were immaculate and well stocked.

Never check in, confirmation stated shared bathroom, nothing in the site said anything about sharing Bathroom. Need my money back.

The properties location is a key attribute. My experience focused on the properties self-sufficient environment setting. Folks who stay there have facilities to cook for themselves. Refrigerators and cookware is there for use and you are expected to clean-up afterwards. It was a fine location to relax after visiting a few notable venues in the Philadelphia area.

Host communicated quickly and clearly with check in directions. Property was very clean close to town. All good!

Highly customer-focused and service-oriented owner that takes care of every small details to make our stay comfortable and the process efficient. Highly recommended!
