Really good value hotel in the centre of Leamington Spa. Parking being included is a huge bonus of staying here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable.

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Accommodated my late check in. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was a nice touch. Location was good, very near town centre but still fairly quiet. Parking on site.

What a lovely place and great staff! I can’t get across how friendly, welcoming and quaint this stay was. (Lovely pub around the corner, the Pug Inn).

We managed to park easily and as our room was ready we were allowed to check in at 1 o’clock . Very good position and so easy to get into the town centre .

The welcome was warm and friendly. This is an old building with lots of character, our room was spotless as was the bathroom. Lovely comfortable room and just 5 min walk to town centre. Parked right outside the front door. Breakfast was self service with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay again.

Staff polite and helpful ... room clean and adequate, Bed was really Big and Comfy . Shower room usable although Shower cubicle needs attention as Sealant is needed in some areas and some has Mould on it . Overall ..... a pleasant stay !

Charming little old fashioned (in a good way) hotel in Leamington Spa. No frills but very well run and friendly, unobtrusive service. Will come back if in the area.

Free parking. Comfortable bed. Clean. Shower good. Tea and coffe making facilities in roo. Staff friendly and allowed me to check in early.

Room clean and spacious lovely staff shame it was just continental breakfast not to my taste

Unfortunately guests arrived at 3.30am and were quite noisy and for the next hour someone kept knocking at a door in the hotel and kept us awake. Everything else was fine

Staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast had an excellent continental choice, beds were very comfortable too! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the town centre. Room lovely and clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast even though continental has a good selection of foods. Room was in the attic part of the building, quirky but very hot due to the heatwave and had no natural way of cooling, though an electric fan was supplied to help the airflow.

Friendly welcome when checking in. The room was a good size, and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.
