My favourite hotel in Switzerland so far ! The decor is stylish and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Our room has a balcony with the Matterhorn view. We love the breakfast and the spa. The spa is very interestingly designed and it’s free for the guests. Great experience!

A very unique hotel

Modern and style. Good location, excellent food and services.

型格酒店，一面對溜冰場，一面對馬特洪峰， 景觀一流。 房間擺設獨特美觀。 浴缸在客廳面向景觀。 但若有大行李箱稍嫌空間不足打開。 有公共的桑拿和按摩浴。 桑拿是一間黑房。 按摩浴稍嫌 在寒冷的季節 水溫不足。 主要員工服務良好， 有個別員工並不有善。 酒店入口較細小走廊狹窄。

酒店除位置好離火車站5分鐘路程及早餐還好外,其他的都不滿意。房間的格調跟圖片很大差異,裏面用了些舊木板及舊金屬做裝飾(工業風)，感覺檔次很低。洗澡及如厠房是分開的,洗澡後必須要在洗澡房外穿衣(因房地方不便大且無位置掛衣服),室內溫度12,13度很易著涼(室外5度且這個季節不會開暖氣).這個佈局即使是夫妻也很奇怪，如果是朋友或家庭根本不能租。大床在房正中間,在房內任何位置打開行李箱便會阻礙行走.露台和隔壁房間的露台是相連的以致晚上睡時必須關上露台門.接待處在2樓一個小角落,1,2樓及地下室是酒吧及小型電影院,幸好這個季節不營業,否則可能有嘈音或公安隱患.接待處在23:00-07:00沒有人的,如有緊急事只能打電話,千七元租這個完全不到酒店的基本要求。

Great location for the hotel. Easy to get anywhere. Nice staff and comfortable room with the Mountain View.

酒店風格獨特，與在ZERMATT一般的瑞士風格十分不同，值得在此入住至少一晚。早餐種類繁多，十分美味。房間設計特別，空間感良好，抽風系統不錯，在露台能看到馬特洪峰，向下又能看到泳池，景色十分優美。特別令人欣賞的是住客免費享用的SPA，七個SPA風格不一，能令人在行山後放鬆身心，使人非常滿意，絕對會再來住宿。

这是一个很有设计感的酒店，非常喜欢。酒店的服务人员很好，我们是上午10点多到的，因为有空房间，让我们提前入住了，酒店的早餐品种不算多，但贵在精致，服务也很到位，我点了咖啡喝炒鸡蛋能直接送到座位，这是一个值得入住的酒店。

這酒店是該區較為新式前衞的酒店，裝潢有格調。房間設備完善，連拖鞋浴鹽都有提供！另外酒店的自助早餐算是豐富，餐廳環境亦很好～還有，記得要一試酒店的SPA ,特別是用鹽水產生浮力的水池啊！

Generally, the hotel is very good. Good services, location and facilities. However, no air condition caused me feeling a little bit hot at night.

飯店地理位置很好,但是因為大廳在2樓所以一開始不是這麼好找,早餐很好吃,服務都很棒!!!

The most beautiful stay in Zermatt. Everyone was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The food is incredible. The room was outstanding! Modern twist what made it super exciting and beautiful! We loved it and will be back!

Ausser in der ersten Nacht, kam Wasser vom unserem Duschabfluss hoch, bis zum Zimmer und stank. Wurde dann am nächsten Tag morgens behoben. Leider ist in der Nacht niemand im Hotel. Das war für uns etwas beängstigend. Abends um 23.00 Uhr kam zum ersten Mal Wasser, wir schliefen schon) und später nochmals. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Absolutely lovely stay in the family suite. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! Would absolutely come back!
