早上能来清理一下垃圾就更好了

房间空间不错，洗澡水也可以，挺热的，就是昨天没人来打扫和倒垃圾

Al llegar fui atendida por un joven muy atento y amable. La habitación limpia y cómoda. El problema es la iluminación muy pobre solo dos lamparitas de mesa que casi no iluminaban. Los receptàculos no funcionaban, solo el del baño. Es importante que sepan que a la 1:30 am recibí una llamada del Ficus, preguntando si haría check inn ya que aparecía mi reservación, pero que no me había reportado!! Le indiquè que estaba tratando de dormir y me solicitó el número de habitación. Tengan un poco de empatía y consideraciòn. Esas no son horas para llamar e interrumpir mi descanso.

Yes the room was nice and tidy

Não tem estacionamento, embora o anúncio diga que sim. Tive que deixar o carro em um estacionamento pago por hora, próximo ao hotel. Também não é feita arrumação do quarto, embora o anúncio diga que é diária. Me hospedei 4 noites e não houve NENHUMA arrumação. O wifi é pessimo, você precisa ter sorte para conseguir conectar, e torcer para conseguir manter a conexão. Diz que a portaria é 24 horas mas é muito raro encontrar alguém na recepção. Quando cheguei não tinham como me dar uma chave do quarto, e eu tinha que ir atrás de alguém do hotel para abrir meu quarto roda vez que queria entrar. Não tem armazenamento para bagagem como diz no anúncio, principalmente porque você quase nunca encontra um funcionário. Os funcionários são muito grosseiros e mal educados. ATENÇÃO! Esse hotel fica, na verdade, dentro de um hospital, é um andar dentro do hospital, onde funciona como hotel.

Al llegar a la habitación que me asignaron la misma estaba sin limpiar ni recoger y como la había dejado el huésped anterior. Yo había notificado que llegaba en la noche tarde y aún así no la tenían lista ni tampoco tenían opciones para darme porque estaba lleno. Tuve que esperar una hora y media que resolvieran y limpiaran la misma y a las 2:00 de la madrugada me la entregaron. Yo estaba cansada y venía de un largo viaje. Apenas pude descansar y al otro día el check out era a la 11 :00am. Muy desagradable la experiencia. Primera y última.

Bathroom wasn’t that clean, toilet paper was almost empty, the toilet was super janky, room was freezing

The room was spotless and the staff great! We only stayed for a few hours one night because our flight was canceled. The only thing missing in my opinion is a small fridge. I often travel with food and there was nowhere to keep my perishables cold.

Keep in mind that this is a hospital and they promote it like a regular hotel. The staff there told me the rooms are mainly for patients families. You have to use a parking outside of the facility (hospital/hotel) and pay separately for the parking. The two beds room is pretty large and comfortable but then I booked a second night and they switched me to a one bed room and that was very small and uncomfortable unit it feels like a hospital room. In general, if you on vacation do not get this hotel. The service is not like a hotel service, you need to bring everything including your towels.

Checking in took way too long. About 35-45 minutes. Did not get the room we booked!
