Small hotel in need of some tlc. We stayed for one night, to visit the San Siro, which is 20 mins walk or a short metro ride. Buffet breakfast, croissant, cakes, biscuits, cereal, bread, tea and coffee, really very good. Room mediocre. We had room 54 at the very top. Window broken in the bathroom, looked like it had been for some time. Lots of light switches that didn’t do anything, and sockets which didn’t work. Headboard loose. Had to leave the bathroom light on all night as a big post was in the middle of the room, to avoid hurting ourselves on that or the sloping roof. Couldn't get air con to work. Shower gel and soap available, no fridge or kettle. No bar as advertised however there is a fridge in reception to get water, soft drinks and beer.

El desayuno es malísimo, nada nutritivo. El último día optamos por desayunar en la estación central de trenes. Deben mejorar ese aspecto. Por favor enviénme un mensaje si lo arreglan, ya que el hotel no está mal ubicado.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend & auch in der Nacht erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es eine Bushaltestelle & die Metro ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar in gut 10 Minuten. Es gibt einen Supermarkt genau gegenüber & auch Cafés und Lokale. Im Dreibettzimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage und einen Föhn. Nur der Wasserkocher, wie angegeben, war leider nicht im Zimmer - wobei wir ihn auch nicht gebraucht haben. Insgesamt ein fairer Preis & guter Aufenthalt. Danke!!

Recensione del mio soggiorno Ho soggiornato una notte in questo albergo e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza molto positiva. L’ambiente è piccolo ma accogliente e soprattutto molto pulito, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato. Anche se il mio soggiorno è stato breve, mi sono trovata comoda e ho dormito bene. Un altro punto a favore è la posizione: ben collegata con la metropolitana, che permette di muoversi facilmente in città. In sintesi, un’ottima soluzione per chi cerca un posto tranquillo, pulito e funzionale per visitare la città. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Atencion al cliente horrible, el detector de humo roto y no paraba de sonar durante mas 45 minutos sin parar. Eso y que el personal del hotel nos echaba la culpa a nosotros por, según él, estar fumando. No habia papel higienico en el baño y solo una toalla para los dos y para rematar la sabana que se nos dio era de una cama individual cuando estabamos en una cama grande (para dos personas)
