Excelente servicio

Está muy bien el hotel solamente que tiene muchos escalones y para las personas que tenemos alguna limitante en nuestro cuerpo si es difícil a veces estar subiendo y bajando escaleras.

Parking was secure but not easy to get it the elevator did not work. The rooms had no working AC there was very little towels given and they wanted to up charge for a towel I had to put on the floor to not slip due to no bathroom mats provided. Horrible customer service. They allow guests to make noise all hours of the night was hard to get sleep. Pictures are not what you get at all

The shower had not towels what so ever

The room wasn’t how I expected. They sent us to the rear of the hotel to a back room far away from everything. After asking them to move me they said that they were all booked but clearly walking to other rooms they were empty. I was charged 15 dollars for a towel because it had make up on it. I will no longer be staying here again. Very old hotel with no ice machines and very old elevators

Felt unsafe, had to walk thru a parking garage to get to our room and it did not look like how it is online

Buen servicio

Our room was in the very back next to the dumpsters and staff went in and out of that door the whole evening into the early morning. One ma was singing at the top of his lungs while taking the trash out. Hallways and room had NO carpeting everything echoed extremely loud. The shower sprayed out rust water for a good 2 minutes. Therefore we were not able to shower. There were no hangers in the makeshift closet area so we had to lay our clothes out on the countertops. Now to the FOOD …… best breakfast we’ve had in TJ. Compliments to the chef and wait staff in the dining room. Great location for upscale restaurants and entertainment as it’s just 2 blocks from an outdoor mall. Oh one more thing. The bed was ad hard as a rock if that is something you enjoy then it’s perfect. Sadly it left my back and neck super sore the next day. While walking down the hallways we peeked into open rooms and saw dirty old mattresses on the beds. Definitely will no be returning here and will advise friends to avoid as well.

El personal que me recibió en la noche fue muy buen persona pero el de la mañana un joven que pésima actutud y los de limpieza la verdad le faltó al cierto más sanidad

Room was spacious. Wish the door had extra locks on the inside (there were none). Staff was friendly.

No tienen control de ruidos, es un escándalo de los huéspedes que llegan gritando y celebrando y más en la madrugada, de Plano no dormí nada bien. Solicité cambio de cuarto porque estaba a un lado de escaleras que golpeaban al bajar y a donde me cambiaron no tenía lámpara de noche. La puerta no tiene pasador de seguridad y eso intranquiliza. Fatal el Hotel

Loved it super clean and a great price

The room was dirty

The place was over run by noisy, attendees, the door and windows were so thin , that it seemed people were inside my room. Never attending there again.... noise all night long. No fridge , no phone to call up front desk, to complain.
