Expediaか施設がどちらの問題かわかりませんが、支払確認が出来ていないとなっていたのでギリギリまで不安がありました。 宿泊施設自体はとても雰囲気が良く、晩御飯もいただきました。 無料のお水もあり大変良かったです。

Clean room, pleasant staff, more than adequate breakfast, opposite the train station too. Although I didn't use the restraunt, it did look very nice.

Mon séjour a été totalement insatisfaisant en raison de manquements graves de la part de l’établissement. Tout d’abord, les informations affichées sur Hotels.com ne sont pas respectées. Le parking couvert est indiqué comme gratuit, mais sur place, l’hôtel applique des règles différentes. Ce décalage entre ce qui est annoncé et ce qui est réellement pratiqué est inacceptable pour les clients. Mais le plus grave concerne la violation de ma vie privée. Le jour de mon départ, le personnel est entré dans ma chambre à 11h30, alors que l’heure de check-out était fixée à 12h. La chambre était donc toujours occupée. À mon retour, la chambre avait été débarrassée et mes effets personnels déplacés, sans mon consentement. Je ne peux pas dire s’il y a eu fouille, mais le simple fait de manipuler les affaires d’un client avant la fin du séjour est inadmissible. Ce comportement est profondément choquant et constitue un manquement grave au respect des clients et à leurs droits élémentaires. Si cela m’est arrivé, cela peut arriver à d’autres voyageurs. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

L'hôtel dans le centre en face de la gare. Facilement accessible. Parking souterrain a proximité. Chambre propre. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix - servi assez tard, a partir de 7h30. Petit-déjeuner avec jus et lait fermentés. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

部屋は値段相応で必要最低限。難点を挙げるとするとスーツケースを抱えて狭い階段を登るのがややきつい（ただし事前に分かっていたことなので不満はない）。…ではあるものの、スタッフがフレンドリーで親切だったので非常に満足に滞在できた。さらに、グラウンドフロアのレストランがとてもよかった。朝食も、この値段のホテルで経験したことのないレベル。ルーヴェンに泊まる時は次もここにしたい。

Room No.12: Great. Breakfast: Great. Price was very cheap at my Date. Staff very friendly. Bed was not my favourite but 1night ok. There is a strong kitchen smell in almost any part of the Hotel, they should separate the upper floors with a door! Narrow stairs - No Elevator.

I was not expecting such a lovely place. For the price and as a bargain hunter, easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The owners are very humble in saying they are not lavish yet I was pleasantly surprised with a comfortable bed, available fridge, sizable storage space, and a nice bathroom. It fulfilled my every need as chiefly a place to return to at the end of the night to recharge myself, and on top of that the open breakfast was quite diverse and delicious. On top of all of this, you are in the heart of Leuven and literally 2 min walk from the station which is right across the street. Genuinely a perfect establishment I cannot recommend it enough. English speaker friendly and friendly staff.

Must clearly advertise when door closes evenings and what to do in obvious place in flemish french and english. Also check rooms to be sure heating is working before customer enters.

De ontvangst was niet erg gastvrij/vriendelijk. Beetje afstandelijk werd in het Engels verteld hoe de kaart werkt. Aangegeven dat ik Nederlamds spreek en toen werd op dezelfde toon het verhaal voortgezet. Jammer dat er totaal geen enthousiasme te horen was. Gasten komen (vooral) voor hun plezier en dan is het fijn om gastvrij ontvangen te worden. De accommodatie zelf was prima. Wat verouderd maar dat mag best bij zo een oud pand. Bed was goed, douche ook prima. Bedenk wel dat er geen lift is, men moet behoorlijk wat trappen op naar de bovenste kamers. Ontbijt was ook goed. Alles aanwezig. Overall dus 4 sterren!

Hyggelig lite hotel ved torget foran jernbanestasjonen i byen. Like mye en restaurant med noen hotellrom, som et hotell med restaurant. Hotellvindu ut mot torget, merket lite eller ingenting til støy. Området går til kveldro ganske tidlig, og våkner til liv igjen sammen med resten av byen morgenenen etterpå. Trapper, ikke heis. Grei frokost, veldig grei lokasjon om du reiser med tog (kort vei fra stasjonen til hotellet), og ligger såpass i utkanten av sentrum at det er kort vei dersom du ønsker en løpetur eller tre ut av byen og inn i park/frluft/natur

Comfortable room and good bathroom. Hotel is accessed through the attached restaurant, where breakfast is served. OK Buffet breakfast Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the train station. There is no lift, so if climbing stairs is a consideration, you might want to look elsewhere

Excellent location, conveniently close to the station so I didn't have to carry my luggage too much, but also close to the main street that leads to the city center. The hotel is on top of a restaurant, the staff (who seemed to be in charge of both) is super nice and the breakfast had pretty diverse options, with a little salad bar (which in my experience, is not that common, although appreciated!)

Really great room. Seems pretty new. The only attention point is that they dont have an elevator.

Actually check in was a bit annoying, as nobody was there, place looked like deserted and after few calls I was directed to find my key under the rock....which was a bit strange. after having my key it was smooth and the place was quite okay, specially the location! but: no parking nearby-do not even dream to find a free spot on the street! Great breakfast, though!

The hotel is located upstairs of a restaurant which is across from the train station. It's about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the center. A very convenient location. The breakfast was very nice - a full European breakfast. Enjoyed very much. People are very nice for checking in and out. The room we have is quiet and adequate.
